I have stayed here before and have had good experiences. This time though, my experience has not been pleasant.
Upon arrival, the front desk rep. asked if anyone had called me. No-one had. The elevator was broken and not in service. Due to a recent knee injury, the thought of hauling luggage up several flights of stairs was not an option. Because I booked my stay through *******, I was asked to step aside while the front desk reps assisted 6 or more other guests in person and numerous guests on the phone before they came back to me. Even though I was first to arrive, 45 minutes later I was finally assigned my room.
The general feel I had was that reservations made from "a third party" were not taken as seriously as reservations made directly through the property. The reps even referred to my reservation as being "a third party".
