整體還行，但是浴室裏排風扇壞了，維修通常要後面兩天來收，還有住了七天衹換了一次毛巾，倒垃圾，不是兩天一換。建議改善。

Customer service was great and the rooms were nice. The fit and finish of construction looked rushed. The pool area and hot tub were okay bit could have been cleaner(there were potato chips on the table for consecutive days. The Breakfast was about what you would expect from a hotel style breakfast. I would stay here again.

Stayed there before. Convenient area near Restaurants and shops. I stayed the from Saturday to Sunday. There was a birthday party on the same floor that was going on into late night. Even calling the front desk twice did not end the noise. It was ok during the week.

BREAKFAST FOOD GAVE HALF OF MY FAMILY THE 24 HR FLU LIKE IT WAS FOOD CONTAMINATION THROWING UP AND DOING THE NUB TWO ALL DAY. THE POOL LOOKED LIKE IT WAS A DIRTY POND. SERVICE WAS GREAT FROM MAN AT THE CHECK OUT HE WAS WONDERFUL. BUT OVERALL WE WONT STAY THERE AGAIN.OH AND THEY DIDNT HAVE ENOUGH TOWELS FOR EVERYONE SMH OH N THE FOOD WAS COLD TOO EXCEPT THE WAFFLES U MADE EM URSELF AS U GO

The staff was very helpful and friendly, but we had quite a few issues unfortunately. They didn't have the type of room that we had reserved so we ended up having to pay for a second room (at least it was at a reduced rate). Then we had issues with the door battery and the pool and hot tub heaters didn't work. The rooms were nice but it was very dusty or something, as we had a lot of allergies or congestion only while in the room.

The hotel had a nice size suite for a family. I like the full size kitchen and small living room area that separated the sleep area. Only negative is the pool. It looked like disgusting. Clean and drain the pool. Good hotel overall.

When you paid for a room in full several months in advance, you expect to have the room when you arrive. No, it did not happen. My booking was cancelled as they overbookes. I had to get to room 30 miles away costing 50% more. My guess is that they want to be able to sell the rooms again for people had no show, so they always want to overbook.

We were there for a wedding! I needed an early check and Avery and Haley were accommodating, friendly and very professional. I would definitely recommend this hotel!!

We booked a 1 bedroom with two queen size beds. They gave us a much smaller room with one king bed. When we called the front desk the man said ******* messed it up. At first he said the room we booked was available then he completely changed his story. Extremely unprofessional and shady. He said if we wanted our money back we had to go through *******. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They are awful.
