Very good experience staying at this hotel. It was at a good location and the employees were friendly

Awesome rooms, especially the bathroom size. Awesome pool and slide! Wonderful service and staff, and very clean facility. Very happy with our stay. “City view” was an industrial lot view but our boys were thrilled about that anyway, haha.

Stayed here two nights while attending a sports event at Red Deer Polytech event center. The hotel is right off the highway with easy access to main roadways and streets. Quiet area with a couple restaurants across the street and a walking/biking path leading to a nice natural park area close to the river. Staff were very friendly and professional, room was clean, bed was comfortable and shower was great. They do offer an included breakfast with a good selection for most tastes. Would definitely recommend.

Overall experience was really good, however there were no extra blankets in room for sofa bed and not enough towels in the room. When you have five people listed on a reservation you should provide five towels not three. Waterslide wasn’t working the first night and when we called the front desk they said they would send someone down to fix it. No one ever came. Other than that the hotel was great. Very clean, modern and well maintained.

Staff were very accommodating and made you feel welcome. Room had a bit too much furniture (an oversized lounge) but clean and well maintained.

Very clean and tastefully decorated hotel. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Only downside, they still use plastic dishes, doesn't fit the ambience of the hotel.

I was called the day of my stay as I was already traveling to get there, that they were changing my room that I had booked. They moved my room to one beside the elevator. We were there for medical appoin**ents and needed rest but the noise was unbearable and all the staff could say was “it’s a weekend”.

I left my purse in the room and waiting for them to call me back, and also wondering why I was charged 226$ and then 326$. I know my room cost 226
