Excellent choix d'hôtel. Nous avions un spectacle au Centre Canadian Tire à 15 minutes de voiture. Belle chambre restaurant très correct sur place, piscine, centre d'entrainement, lieu paisible et complet.

I love this hotel , it is very comfortable and in a great location with great services. I was very disappotined with the chek in service. we were told that we could not check in before 4 , when we got there shortly after 4 our room was nto ready. we did get an upgraded room in the end but we were on a tight time line so it caused some stress.

附近吃飯的選擇不多，而且餐廳價格昂貴。而且浴室的燈光也不是很好，我必須在窗戶附近化妝。除此之外，一切都很棒。

布魯克街的住宿體驗總是很棒。房間乾淨舒適。食物棒極了。工作人員竭盡全力讓您感到賓至如歸。

Easy access,very clean and comfortable. Dinner at the Perspectives restaurant was top notch,VG food & service.

When checking in, the front desk tried to charge us $14 for parking although it was included with our ******* reservation (happened at our last stay too). Our room was nice and clean and the robe and crib we requested were quickly delivered to us. The pool and hot tub were nice, but it would be great if Brookstreet could offer some courtesy lifejackets and water wings like many other local hotels do - it's an easy thing to forget. We were disappointed that the children's pool area is still not available - this would be hugely beneficial for us since we have a 3-year-old and a walking 10-month-old. Kids slept in a little late which was a nice surprise, but when we requested a late checkout, we were only given 30 minutes. That was disappointing since many hotels have noon checkout and that extra hour means that you can really enjoy the amenities that you came for without being in a frenzied rush to checkout. We attempted to make the best of things. I went down to scope out the sauna, but it was closed for the week. I checked the website once we arrived home to see if I had missed that, but there was no mention of it. Overall, it was an okay stay.

Had a wonderful stay at The Brookstreet. Staff were very nice and helpful. Property was clean and beautiful. They offered a shuttle to the Canadian Tire Center for a very reasonable small fee which was completely worth it. Will for sure be staying here again for any future games we go to in Ottawa!

Unique hotel and decor. They had a nice gym. Live jazz at night for dinner. Good food and drink options. Starbucks available early morning in the lobby. Enjoy my stay everytime I come here. Best play to stay in the west end of Ottawa

Very friendly staff, quiet area, good dining with live music. Very nice rooms. There are EV Chargers in the parking garage. One was not working and staff were unable to tell me when they might be fixed or what the plan was to get repairs done. I asked several times during my 3 day stay.
