Facturation de taxe non prévue. Non signalé à la validation de la réservation. J'ai dû payer des frais non mentionné. Agent de l'accueil n'a rien voulu savoir. Manque de compréhension. Chambre simple sans plus.

Rapport qualité prix non acceptable. Pas d'accueil le soir à partir de 21h. Ptit déj médiocre

我不喜歡這樣的事實：我是在晚上到達酒店的，接待處沒有人接待我們，尤其是無法獲取我應該在哪裡領取鑰匙的信息，幸運的是，我找到了一位了解該程序的客戶。

我因工作原因在 Adagio 預訂了 3 晚（不含早餐）（可供 4 人入住的公寓）。沒有失望，寬敞，乾淨，舒適。很實用，距離Poissy車站步行10分鐘。唯一的缺點：冰箱有點吵。我建議！ ！

Appart hôtel,très propre et fonctionnel. Acceuil présent et réceptif à nos demandes. Près de la gare RER de Poissy .

我們打算在飯店住一周，但11月4日晚上浴室的水管爆了。晚上飯店沒有工作人員，30分鐘後才有員工到達。這時，鄰居們接到了警告，收拾好東西，關掉了水（沒有被燙傷真是奇蹟，熱水湧進了房間）。我們被換到了兩個不同的房間，並承諾第二天我們會被換到一間可供 3 人入住的公寓。到了晚上，結果按照主任的命令，我們的公寓被賣了，我們只能住在提供的房間裡，或者付錢出去。對客戶的態度很粗魯，轉移到同一網路的另一套公寓的提議被忽略。在這種情況下，沒有人認為自己有罪。飯店名義上屬於雅閣品牌，並未提供顧客服務中心。我不建議停止。

I was given a smoking room on the second floor despite the non-smoking preference. The room was spartan and the furniture was worn. There was rubbish under the washbasin, the pillows smelled of sweat and the mattress was sagging. The window looked directly onto a motorway. You had the choice between ventilation or traffic noise. The service staff was friendly and tried hard (No everyone was able to speak English). On the third day we got an alternative room on the fourth floor which was ok! Breakfast was good! The breakfast room was undersized for the number of hotel guests room for 20 people, but in the period 07-08.00 o'clock there were twice as many people in the room. Not so nice after 2 years of Corona...

Appart-hôtel , très correct Personnel très agréable , appartement propre Au 4 ème étage et au calme comme demandé Parking souterrain en supplément mais recommandé , car pas beaucoup de place a l'extérieur On y retournera

L'accueil fut parfait. Hotel bien situé et très calme, propre. Le personnel est dispo et souriant

L'appartement est bien équipé mais un peu vieillot, pas de climatisation donc il a fit très chaud dans l'appartement en plein mois d'aout, Pas de possibilité de laissé les fenêtre ouverte car beaucoup de bruit du a la route. Mauvaise odeur dans les couloir et l'ascenseur. Parking payant très petit.

Ras ,propre silencieux , directrice à l écoute en cas de problème très bien

Une chambre très propre, un matelas de qualité. Mais des voisins très bruyants qui discutaient sur le palier à 2 heures du matin.
