the heater in the room was non functional, luckily i brought an extra blanket . The room never warmed up to more than 63 degrees despite the heater thermostat being set to 80 degrees all night. It wasnt unbearable but it was inconvenient from a comfort standard and definitely inconvenient to go haggle over a new room.

The workout room had no water in there or wipes to wipe the equipment down when you’re done. the elliptical Rider was very unstable and screen didn’t work. But eakfast area didn’t have much to pick from and had to wait for food to come out. Also, no water in the breakfast area available at the time we were there. Beds were comfortable.

For being a somewhat newer hotel it was not that great. Room smelled like cheap dollar store room spray. As you can see in the pictures the curtain had unknown stains and cigarette holes or something in them. Beds were not Queen sized in their “double queen room” and were so worn you couldn’t get a good night’s sleep. Tv barely worked. Fridge on mid settings froze everything placed inside. They ask for a card for incidentals but really they charge you taxes on top of what you already paid in taxes because it was “3rd party booking”. Phone and alarm clock were missing buttons. Shower was hot but the shower head was broken and sprayed in 4 different directions. Despite cooler weather still had to turn AC on 67° otherwise the room was humid. The front desk workers were always in the back office just barely visible from the front on their cell phones, housekeeping spent more time in the hallways eating than they did cleaning. Some of the breakfast was served in crockpots that look like they came from your grandmas house that she’s had for 10 years. Overall I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Go pay about the same across the street at the Baymont or pay the extra and stay at one of the hotels attached to the waterpark.

Room #1 was supposed to be pet-free yet had pet hair all over the beds. Room #2 had a huge wasp flying around. Room #3 had box elder bugs in the room. Even though I was only on their property for an hour, they still refuse to give me a refund. I left and went somewhere that actually cleans their rooms.

I waited at the front desk for 10 minutes waiting for a night clerk to get my keys. I called the hotel phone and it went to voice mail. Poor front desk service!!!!

The staff was very nice but our room had an awful smell and the toilet was broken. Breakfast was fine, about what you would expect to see at any continental breakfast.

The room was filthy and smelled of cigarette smoke. The toilet in our room did not work and wouldn’t flush without lifting the lid and manually using the plunger. We packed up our stuff and went elsewhere.

We discovered much mold on our vent. Unable to use heat/air. Reported to the desk staff the next day and confident staff will resolve.

Walked into room and reeked of pet urine. Could see spots all over the floor. Can tell they tried to shampoo carpet. The bed was full of nasty stains.
