「Чудовий готель у самому центрі Рапалло. Кімната чиста, простора, непаганий сніданок, який був включений. Вид з вікна правда був трохи специфічний, в ”типове італійське подвір'я” з відповідними нюансами, але ж то теж характерна Італія, яку любиш..」

「Все ожидания этот отель превзошел. В старинном замке, все стилизованно под старину, фотографии, мебель, зеркала, оснащение. Завтраки прекрасные, виды из окон отеля особенно покорили. Мы добирались на машине, поэтому было очень удобно. Получилось припарковаться перед отелем на бесплатной парковке.」

「The location was perfect and we are lucky enough to find street parking just outside the hotel. However, due to the lack of blanket (only a thin sheet of cloth and a unwashable thick blanket in wardrobe), we were unable to get a good night sleep. Also, the handle of the toilet was broken.」

「The hotel was excellent and in a great position in the town. The staff were excellent and very nice. The breakfast is a basic continental but it is very nice and the coffee was lovely. I would go back to this hotel again, no question. The spa swimming pool was cold and overall the spa wasn’t worth €18 each to go in but overall the hotel was superb. One thing the staff did do was cater for our need for having hot drinks in our room. No kettle provided but they were more than helpful in providing a tray and tea pots when needed. Gotta have our cup of tea in the morning. Thank you Hotel Europa!」
