奈阿克西門旅館(West Gate Inn Nyack)

The in was clean, quiet and the bed was the most comfortable mattress we’ve EVER slept on. The only thing that could have been better was the TV. It was a 32 inch (satellite I believe) . No smart tv functions, no Netflix, no interesting channels. PS - the included breakfast was delicious though.

This place is excellent and my experience would has been above and beyond except for the lady that came to clean and asked “ohh you still here” we told her that we requested late check out because of the baby, she rolled her eyes and and grind her teeth and said we lied. Only reason we were there is because we were sanding our floors at home and working as a manager at JPMorgan it was unacceptable to me the way this lady treated us. I saw her later and adviser her not treat customers like that and she replied “I have time to finish cleaning and there is not late check out”, so don’t tell me how to do my job

The room smelled like it was formerly a smoking room. There was a black substance on the ceiling that we believed was mold. We ended up reserving a different hotel room and requesting a refund for our stay at West Gate Inn. The staff we're all very kind and helpful though and our refund was approved.

The room was clean and had the basics. The T.V was to be desired for most channels were unwatchable do to static on the tv. ( poor connections). The stairs had duct tape on them. I saw no ice machine but the room had a tiny fridge. The hotel itself is older and is in need of repair. The best part was breakfast that was included. it had everything freshly made

The room was old and we could deal with that. But the carpet was rippled and threadbare, chairs, walls were stained and the sheets on one of the beds was stained! We were supposed to stay 3 nights but left after the first! We slept in our clothes on top of the comforter! With our shoes on!!

Definitely in need of major updates. Outlets didn’t work, the beds weren’t comfortable or hotel quality that I was looking for. Sketchy guests. It was just weird . I’m glad that I only needed a place to sleep so it wasn’t that bad .

The property is past its prime. Couldn't get hot water in the sink and the food in the "buffet" on day one was cold, even though we were early. For a place to sleep when visiting nearby Sleepy Hollow, it'll do.

This place was really close to downtown where there are great shops and dining. What a really beautiful town. We came for a girls weekend for some hiking and shopping and just to hang out.
