有一説一，風景不錯，沙灘還行。
但是，前台和客人説話真的很沖，國內很少有退房還要等客房部去查完房才能走的了。這家説要我們等，去查，fine，那就等。在旁邊坐了半天也沒反饋，我們想那就去大堂吧點杯東西坐一會吧，怕前台找不到人，去和前台説一聲。那前台那態度簡直了，直接中文説，檢查好了呀。那客房部檢查好你到是及時告知客人呢，沒有，好心去告知，還被前台兇，無語。
房間裏沒有絨的拖鞋，衹有穿去沙灘的夾腳拖，也沒有正常沙灘酒店配備的草包或起碼帆布袋，都沒有。
哦對了，早飯一塌糊塗，榨菜和甘蔗莓果汁巨難喝，我和老公旅行了那麼多國家，這次第一次異口同聲説這家早餐巨難吃。連最普通的橙汁西瓜汁這種都沒有。
而且這家很奇怪，ihg官網不能訂,攜程也不能訂，衹能trip海外版才能訂。看來半脱離了ihg，服務下降太厲害了。
We had a really disappointing stay at this IHG hotel.
The front desk staff spoke in an abrupt tone during our check-out. Unlike most domestic hotels here, guests are required to wait for housekeeping to finish room inspection before leaving. We waited for quite a while without any updates from the reception. Worried that the staff could not locate us, we went to inform the clerk that we would grab a drink at the lobby bar nearby. Surprisingly, we got a sharp reply from the receptionist. The room check had actually been completed already, yet the team never took the initiative to notify us in advance. It was frustrating to be snapped at for being thoughtful.
Room amenities are noticeably cut back. Only flip-flops for the beach were provided, without standard indoor fluffy slippers. There were no straw bags or canvas tote bags which are common accessories for beach resorts.
The breakfast was extremely poor, the pickled mustard tuber and sugarcane berry juice tasted terrible. Surprisingly, they did not even offer basic fruit juices such as orange or watermelon juice. My husband and I have travelled across numerous countries, and this is the first time we both agreed that the breakfast was below average.
Another strange point is that this property cannot be booked via the official IHG website or Ctrip, reservations are only available on overseas Trip.com. It seems the hotel has partially broken away from IHG’s management standards, leading to a sharp decline in overall service quality.
