Greatly appreciated the two wonderful ladies at the front desk. They made stay very comfortable. Hotel is very near main road with a lot of eating places and grocery stores.

Staff was clearly not thrilled to be working there or to have to attend to guests.
Toilet in my room wasn’t working and when I went to lobby to report it, I didn’t see a staff member and saw another guest waiting, so I left it.
Overall not a great atmosphere when you walk in. But I guess you get what you pay for. I will not be staying at an Extended Stay hotel again, I’d rather pay $20-30 extra for better service and a better experience.

It smelled like cigarettes so bad and we couldn’t figure out how to crack the window. We were put in a handicap friendly room but when you stepped into the shower the floor felt like it was about to fall through (Room 112). Our staff was friendly and efficient for check-in and in passing

This establishments only saving grace is the extremely nice and accommodating front desk staff. It looked as though it hasn’t been cleaned in a while and there was a roach in the room. There was hair in the bathtub and the toilet.
