Great location very clean hotel room.

Great customer service, very understanding and handle themselves very professional. Greeted with total respect. The room was nice and very spacious.

Terrible...they had some piping issue and apparently tried to get in touch with me, but I never heard anything. They sent us to the embassy suites up the street. We had another person in the car that being in another hotel was not the best. Plus lots of other friends at this hotel and gee no one else was moved or said they heard of any issues. I think they over booked and lied. We had already had a long day on 95 and this just put the icing on the cake. The lady behind the counter was rude at first, until I got my point across. You don't tell the customer that you are now moving to another hotel, that "thing happen". Not when we are there for an event with other people. Will not book there again even when i come to see family. However, the embassy suites was amazing.

The front desk staff was very friendly and worked to get us our room as soon as possible. Housekeeping hadn't provided them with a list of rooms that had been cleaned. We had to wait about 15 minutes.

Hotel dirty, elevators didn’t work. They double charged me for room. Hotel doesn’t look like pictures online. Stay away!

Ya van dos veces que me quedo aquí por temas de trabajo pero pensando en entrenar natación en la alberca y no funcionó de nueva cuenta

muy bonitas las instalaciones, vimos paneles solares es me agrado mucho, las opciones de transporte del hotel al aeropuerto es lo que falta opciones

The property was nice and clean. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I loved it there.
