Had a really great experience. This was my second time at this property and Radisson is always at the top when it comes to their service I went during Onam where they arranged activities like lac bangle making Overall, Great service, food and ambience

Superb ambience.we had the business class room, very much spacious, with a nice balcony. Had a tasty lunch. Feels a positive vibe once we reach the hotel. Activities are available for kids, which are paid. Had a good time. Much recommended

Not a good experience with Radisson Karjat. Rooms were not clean well, too many spiders and mosquitoes. Toilet sink choked, frequent power tripped,

We stayed one night for my birthday and it was one of our memorable stays. Muskan, delivers the best service, she made sure we had a good time here. We had the best service during our lunch and breakfast as well. Nazma, anwari, and Sharukh were really helpful, also they are really sweet. They are an asset for the property. We would love to come again because of their service Thank you all for making it special stay for our little family!!

Booked a night’s stay at Radisson resort, Karjat for anniversary. Resort only in name, as there is not enough space to walk around and while away your time. Booked the room with dinner and breakfast included for the two of us and our child, a 12 year old adult as per Radisson’s app, and they charge around 35-40% higher for the third adult as compared to a booking with two adults. But, they don’t provide you with three water bottles, with three toothbrushes or with three towels in the bathroom. As for the towels, they were clean, but were definitely not luxurious for a five star stay, had lower gsm and thinner as compared to the towels provided in Taj, Vivanta and Marriott properties. Not that we have stayed extensively at these properties but still have reasonable number of stays to make an informed impression about the services being provided. Check in time was 3 pm and check out was 12. So, I had literally booked the room with all the meal options possible during that little stay, a dinner and a breakfast. As it was the anniversary, I checked their online menu and found no cake options listed. So, I ordered a cake through Zomato. But, these buggers did not allow the delivery to be effected even at the reception, let alone the room. It was raining and I had to walk over around 150 steps from the reception to the resort’s entry gate, wherein the guards told that outside food is not allowed and permission will have to be taken from the reception. It was the first time I had faced such an issue at any hotel whatsoever, and I have regularly ordered Zomato deliveries at Vivanta and Marriott properties, without any hassles. But, these buggers are not in the hospitality sector to be hospitable but for brute profit making. I told the guards do whatever he feels right, I am not seeking any permission. At the reception gate, another guard accosted me and repeated the same thing and I also repeated the same thing. He came inside to apprise the receptionists. The cake was literally at the mercy of these buggers. The person after having a look at the cake’s package, PERMITTED. They made me sign an undertaking that I am responsible for eating the outside food, as if for the rest of the 364 days, they provide me their ultra-hygienic food, or as if I visited their resort just to eat sub-standard food and get ill while on their property. Apparently, these rules are for the safety of their guests (even though everyone knows why these rules are in place), what if I had gone out and consumed that cake and came back and developed complications. Will they have got my intestines checked to see whether the complications arose because of outside food or their food. As for their own food, there was nothing special about it. Buffet dinner had cost me around more than Rs. 5,000/- excluding taxes and it had just one option of veg soup and two options of veg starters, so on and so forth. Staycation was awesome. Food was great. Villa was beautiful. Buffet spread was good awesome. Staff were friendly and helpful. A big shout out and 5 star ratings to Nazma, Mahima, Sandip & Somnath.

Absolutely wonderful! Most hospitable staff i have seen across all my travels ! Special mention to Saurav Baral and Nazma for their special care ! We are most definitely coming again :)

We visited Radisson Blu Karjat recently and felt the experience fell short of expectations The balcony view opened up to an empty wasteland with a trash crate placed right in front which took away from the ambience The room also had seepage on the walls giving a sense of poor upkeep While the staff were polite the property feels overpriced compared to what it offers At this rate guests expect much better maintenance and attention to detail Overall I would give it a 2/5

I had a very memorable stay at Radisson Blu, Karjat. From my check in till my check out, every moment was filled with luxury. The staff here is extremely cordial and kind, and they make you feel very much at home. Firstly, I would like to thank Mr. Mukut Ghosh for providing us with such a smooth booking experience and for helping us out in this process. I would like to make a special mention to Mr. Kuldeep and Mr. Yogesh, the restaurant managers who always used to make our dining experience amazing. Anjali from the Palms restaurant would always cater to us kindly during our meals. Amrit from Le Bistro always catered to us during our evening snack by the pool. Ankan, also from the Palms restaurant, was always very cordial and kind and he made sure that whatever we needed was delivered as soon as possible. The food here is extremely delicious and in every meal, the spread is always very huge. As regards our room, we had taken a 2 Bhk villa and it was truly marvelous. The view of the lush green mountains from our villa was nothing short of spectacular. The indoor games here added to the fun. The fun park within the resort premises is a must visit as it has bowling, Arcade games, box cricket, rock climbing and a big trampoline park inside. To sum up, I would like to say that I would love to visit here again soon and I am grateful to the staff for such a luxurious stay! I will surely recommend this place to my loved ones!

Very good experience at Radisson Blu Karjat. All the staff are very courteous and accommodative. The food was excellent. Very good service by Mr Yogesh Singh. Would definitely recommend this place and come back again. Only one recommendation is to have cycles at the property as when asked all cycles were under maintenance
