Reception staff is good. No drinking water provided in room, got to ask from reception and they didn't charge me. Shower head need to be fixed, no toothbrush and toothpaste as well. Towel need to change to new batch. Room isn't as good as in photo.

On arrival I was given room 308. This room looks out onto a busy road intersection. Even with the windows closed it was noisy. It was uncomfortably hot in the room because thr sun was streaming in during the afternoon. There were no instructions to operate the safe. This was a minor issue as was the TV which I couldn't get to work. There was only a bath, no shower. Running water into the bath was luke warm. After having gone out in the evening, I returned to an uncomfortably warm room. After complaining, a member of staff tried to set the air conditioning but to no avail. There was a loud, strange gurgling noise from above. After complaining again, I was moved to room 304 which was quiet, having a view of an inner courtyard. I slept ok. The bed was comfortable. The TV remote was missing from the room. Again, a minor issue. Breakfast was very poor with a limited range of things on offer. Another positive was the close proximity to the Line 1 tram stop about 300 metres away. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel.

Le service impeccable, le personnel était très accueillant et attentionné, toujours prêt à répondre à nos besoins. Les chambres étaient spacieuses, élégamment décorées et d'une propreté exemplaire. Nous avons passé un séjour mémorable et recommandons vivement cet hôtel à tous ceux qui recherchent une expérience luxueuse et inoubliable

J'ai vraiment aimé l'emplacement de l'hôtel en plein cœur du centre d'affaires de la ville de Rabat. Aussi la propreté, le room service passant par l'accueil c'était assez organisé et bien. Le thé d'accueil à la marocaine était exceptionnel des thés que j'ai connus jusque-là dans les hôtels.

J’ai été là la semaine dernière , j’ai été agréablement surpris par la qualité de service de l’hôtel, les personnels et très serviable , accueillant et toujours a l’écoute La chambres est calme, stylé et spacieuse, et les lits sont très confortables Vraiment très satisfaite

J'ai vécu une expérience pleine d'émotions grace à la sympathie et le professionnalisme du personnel ainsi que la décoration majestueuse que vous allez trouver là où vous tournez la tête, et un petit salut pour l'équipe de la restauration la bouffe est juste magnifique , merci pour le tout
