克雷塔羅Hilvana附近住宿

Al darnos la habitación me percato que tiene puerta de intercomunicación con la cuarto contiguo y por tener el sueño muy ligero pedí que me cambiaran de habitación, pero la habitación que me volvieron a dar también tenía puerta de intercomunicación, le expliqué a la señorita que me había dado el mismo tipo da habitación pero en otro piso y me aseguro que no tendríamos problemas pues el cuarto junto al nuestro estaba en mantenimiento y estaría desocupado, lo cual fue mentira pues al ya estar acostados tratando de descansar escuchamos personas hablando y haciendo ruido. Total nos tuvimos que cambiar a las 11 pm por tercera vez de habitación. Aparte siempre tuvimos que ir a recepción porque nunca atendieron el teléfono (pensé que daban prioridad al distanciamiento).

Chose this because of Hilton. The location is good, close to alot of the major industrial parks in the south central part of the city. There is a grocery store, pharmacy, bank and cafe close which make it nice. The rooms are the not so good part about the property; outdated, old and somewhat broken. Obviously I'm comparing to the other Hilton properties I've stayed at. I will say, the breakfast is pretty damn good, the staff is caring and their service is shines.

Glad to have chosen this impressive four-stars hotel during my two days visit in Querétaro. The service staff in the dinning room, Hugo, Sergio, Carlos, were so professional and willing to serve and help all the time. I warm recommend this place

I came to this hotel for business in Queretaro city, using my Hilton Honors membership. This hotel is clean and near to “Tecnológico de Monterrey”, the Hilton brand is always warranty in service and confort. The room and bathroom was very clean, the breakfast was included with no cost, but don’t contain variety of foods. The lobby is very spacious clean the personal in the front desk also is very friendly. I recommend this hotel, definitely.
