Absolutely lovely staff and not a bad thing to say about the entore stay or hotel!

enjoyed the stay had great meals at pub across the road

Motel was not ideal but because last minute travel and availability we had no choice.

Absolutely disappointing and disgusting from service to the rooms, room bed sheets were never changed from the previous person who stayed there it had stains and hair every where took pictures and went to the service desk the managers response was i am not sure what to tell you he very unprofessional didn't think or changing my room or some sort of compensation he had no idea his response was ill investigate and let you know, on my last night ther as i had 4 nights booked i went to the reception asked about the manager still no response very unprofessional and unhygienic place to stay. Never again

Run down. Requires re furbishment. Bathroom door was warped and partner, lady, was stuck inside. I had to virtually kick the door open. Management was informed and fixed the issue promptly. Shower rail and towel rails badly rusted, not a good look.

Was over charged for my stay, was told that they would look into this and refund the difference and never did. Will never stay again and will tell family and friends never to stay at this hotel

Exhaust fan in bathroom wasnt working which i reported on check out. I think they will fix it straightaway as the property seemed well maintained and serviced. Was clean and comfortable

The location of this hotel is perfect. Its close to the tourist attractions, shopping centers etc. The staff is very friendly and accomodative. Love the place.

Easy access to the ground floor rooms, easy access to food outlets. Room was small. We had nowhere to open a second suitcase
