房間浴池下水開關鈕缺失，洗手池邊漏水，窗簾掛鈎多處破損，傢俱老舊像招待所，打掃衞生需要到服務枱提醒，服務枱不主動提供海灘換毛巾卡，服務枱服務員態度冰冷，樓道裝修像監獄，不主動告知用餐時間。行李員服務比較主動。

Благодарим команду Aurora Oriental, за теплую атмосферу. Команде аниматоров спасибо за прекрасное настроение и внимание. Отель стоит своих денег, в январе ветрено, но сады Авроры безупречны, а сервис на высоком уровне. Кормят вкусно, особенно понравились круасаны:) Говядина, рыба, птица каждый прием пищи, один раз за 4 дня попали на креветки на ужин, вкусные. Аля карт посредственый, но обслуживание отличное, стараются!

Hotel was nice and staff friendly. Food repetitive. The beach was nice but couldn’t swim had to walk 500m out as shallow.

I would also like to thank all the staff at the Aurora Oriental Hotel for their warm reception since my arrival, especially Mr. Ali in the front office, who prepared my room in the shortest time, as well as the night manager, Mr. Yasser. During my stay, I met all the friendly staff in the restaurant, Ms. Yasser, the food and beverage manager, the chefs and workers, all of them are friendly, and the activities team on the beach are all excellent. Upon check-in, they immediately asked for money for the best room. We couldn't pay extra, so we settled very far from the reception. There was never any sun in our room, it was very cold in the room. It blows a lot at sea in December and the tide is out all the time - to swim you need to go far along the pier. Nice hotel with good service

Resort molto pulito e tranquillo. Cibo ottimo, spiaggia accessibile e con bar. Animazione internazionale e molto giovane. Un ringraziamento a Chiara per la compagnia. Le camere sono molto pulite e ordinate, il personale è estremamente cordiale e disponibile. Parlano diverse lingue (anche un po’ di italiano) quindi farsi comprendere non è mai un problema

Il villaggio grande , con gli spazi ben organizzati. 3 piscine tutte con bar annessi che servono bevande calde e fredde e snack e gelati in diversi orari del giorno, per la sera fino a mezzanotte restano aperti 2 bar accanto alla reception. Molto soddisfacente l’all inclusive che comprende birra , vino, succhi e una gran varietà di cocktail alcolici ed analcolici. Il ristorante principale e’ grande con possibilità di mangiare anche in terrazza, il cibo e’ davvero buono e variegato , carne pesce , verdure e sia a pranzo che a cena viene sempre cucinato carne o pesce alla griglia direttamente su un barbecue all’aperto , molto flessibili gli orari dei pasti . L’animazione e’ presente sia di giorno che di sera ma e’ molto soft e mai invadente. La spiaggia e’ attrezzata Con letttini ed ombrelloni c’è’ spazio per tutti , c’è’ anche un bel bar in spiaggia. L’ingresso in acqua e’ comodo con fondale sabbioso , per arrivare in spiaggia dalla struttura c’ e’ una camminata piacevole attraverso un percorso fatto di giardini, spazi verdi , si incontra inoltre una delle tre piscine presenti ma per i più pigri o per chi fosse impossibilitato c’ e’ addirittura un servizio navetta che sale e scende verso la spiaggia. Consiglio repellente per le zanzare. La Wi-Fi funziona bene anche in stanza. La struttura e’ piuttosto datata arredi, porte sanitari un po’ vecchiotti. Le stanze sono dotate di cassetta di sicurezza , saponi riforniti quotidianamente così come anche le bottiglie di acqua nel frigo. IN CONCLUSIONE : TUTTO QUASI PERFETTO , il bagno si può fare dalla spiaggia che e’ sabbiosa , acqua molto bassa spesso bassa marea, c’è’ un pontile ma non c’è’ barriera non ci arriva il pontile e sugli altri pontili che arrivano non consentono l’ingresso , quindi per lo snorkeling bisogna organizzarsi con escursioni ed uscite in barca o motoscafi. Le uscite serali sono tranquille e sicure anche con i taxi locali . Molto gentile e disponibile tutto il personale
