日落精品飯店全套房(Sunset Boutique Hotel All-Suites)

Debo destacar que el personal es excepcional y realmente hacen lo humanamente posible por mantener a flote un hotel que sinceramente se hunde (o esta ya hundido), Carlos, es especial fue la razon por la cual no califico a esta propiedad con CERO estrellas, debido a que dio la cara y se esmeró en tratar de solventar las innumerables deficiencias de infraestructura y servicio que tiene ese hotel actualmente. es una lastima pues las instalaciones pudieran ser recatables con una moderada inversion que evidentemente los propietarios no han hecho. el buffet es muy pobre, el mobiliario vetusto y las instalaciones como piscina, jardines y areas comunes lucen abandonadas. la "playa" a la que tiene acceso este hotel es solo un rincon de otro hotel fuera de la arena, y literalmente con unos 30m2 de grama 6 sillas y escasa sombra sin ningun tipo de instalaciones o servicios en sitio. hay que recorrer unos 15 minutos caminando a traves de otro hotel casi abandonado para llegarle. no hay servicios, atracciones o restaurantes cerca. solo recomiendo este hotel para una o dos noche MAXIMO y si la tarifa esta entre 60 y 80 dolares, JAMAS LOS 171 QUE YO PAGUE POR UNA NOCHE por ser temporada alta y no haber otra opcion. una lastima que personal tan comprometido y dedicado, carezca de las herramientas en su lugar de trabajo para complacer las expectativas de los huespedes por deficiencias de los propietarios e infraestructura.

The hotel is not new and could use some very minor cosmetic upgrades but overall an incredible place to stay. It's not on the beach but they have a shuttle to and from the beach or you can walk, 5-7 minutes. I have NEVER been at a place that had such a friendly, service oriented staff from registry to housekeeping. They always had a smile and friendly greeting. Just a super experience. The dining staff found out it was an anniversary trip and had a special table prepared one morning with flowers and origami. All staff seemed to want to go above and beyond to make sure our stay was exceptional. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Was ok, was hard to find, very small place inside a condo/apar**ent place. Food was like a small portion for a family. Got mosquitos bite even in the room. To go to the beach need take their golf cart , they will take you. It’s 28 Km from the airport. I would not pay $110 dollars for the place. Maybe 60 or max 70.

Sunset Boutique Hotel has a quiet setting. They love to play music. Everyone was super helpful and friendly. It has an access to the beach which they transport you down to. I liked the walk. The food is mostly local cuisine. Ii was perfect fore to get out of the noisy hospital setting and just relax a few days. It was nice there were not so many people

La atención es buena, pero es una construcción vieja con falta de mantenimiento, no hicieron el aseo de la habitación y no funcionaba el internet.

The golf car driver and the wiater areel great guys but the girl at counter wasn't very helpful I think she needs more experience. Overall I enjoyed it and the food was very good.

No habia agua caliente, aunque intentaron arreglarlo no lo hicieron. Me tuve que bañar con agua fría. Ademas el wifi no funciono.

Staff were amazing. The property could use some upgrades. Portion of the beach is very limited with no beach umbrellas.

Todo bien. Deben mejorar par de cosas pero en general todo bien.
