特羅飯店(Hotel Centro)

Hotel en ruine, les climatiseurs ne fonctionne pas. La douche fonctionne mal. Il y a des punaises de lit. Direction tres snob. L hotel a refusé de baisser ma note malgré tout les problemes. N y aller pas

We very much enjoyed our stay at Hotel Centro. The entire staff was incredible in both their excellent service and fantastic attitudes. I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Puerto Princessa!

Good hotel in general. Very comfort beds. Nice landscape. Some room fixtures are little bit outdated.

Hello, overall a good hotel, good service, large swimming pool, but the rooms are small, no balcony, the air conditioner was loud, the hotel is quite old, one chanell TV...

Staff is accommodating and friendly. Our requests were granted during breakfast.

it’s by no means a 4 star hotel or Hardly a three star .the hall way to the room had old carpets, small not so clean washroom with very poor quality of amenities. towels were so old type . breakfast was very ordinary. there are so many better place than this one . Total waste of money for value

Honest review.The hotel is old,i wasn’t able to get a good sleep because of the noise.you can hear the sirens and karaoke,and you can hear also the noise from the other door.No Fridge,I only stayed one night.but i wouldn’t recommend this hotel.just old.Free shuttle bus to the airport.they let you check-in early but need to pay an extra 500php,which is fine.too many staff in the front desk but not attentive.Thanks!

Our booking was not registered at the hotel, had to send them our booking confirmation our self.

Food & drink: We received a welcome drink on arrival, which was nice. They were offering pre-chosen breakfasts rather than a buffet. In general, I like that style. We tried the Filipino breakfast but the fish was a bit salty for us. It probably would have been more sensible for us to take the western option. Room: We had some trouble in the room at first as the water seemed to be switched off. We had to ask for someone to come up twice to get it running, but it did then work normally. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. There was a dead bug on the window ledge. In hot countries, some of that is to be expected but it wasn't ideal. Service: The service at the hotel was excellent. The staff were very happy to help arrange for us to join a group tour of Honda Bay, which was great. They also helped us to arrange transfer to our next stop.
