We had 3 wonderful diving days in Puerto Galera with Scandi Divers. We honestly did not expect diving to be so wonderful and are very glad that we made a choice to stay with Scandi Divers. We saw a lot of fish, nudibranches, a cuttle fish, octopuses and even a pigmy sea horse. Also night dives were great. If you have a macro lens it is a must to take it with you. Diving at Verde Island also exceeded our expectations. Very well organised diving operation. All the staff (our dive master, receptionists, mechanics, waiters, the cleaning lady) were really polite and helpful at all times. We stayed at multiple hotels in Philippines, and the employees of Scandi Divers were the most welcoming. The room was very comfortable and the food was excellent.

Only one word for this establishment - SUPERB... everyone was so very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Not often I stay somewhere this special and find it difficult to say anything negative at all. Great diving, great food and great company, what could be better.

The staff here is amazing. Always very helpful and courteous. The diving was excellent. Very beautiful sites within 10 minutes of the hotel. The dive masters and boat staff did a great job and were lots of fun to be with. I definitely saw more beautiful sea creatures and seascapes than be services. They were all excellent. The rooms were clean and adequate. My only criticism is that there is no place to lounge and enjoy the beach. No beach chairs and no shade. The swimming pool is very small and is tucked away in a small dark space between the buildings. I would also not recommend the half day land tour. It was a bit rushed and not really much to see.

There aren’t enough superlatives to describe my recent visit to Puerto Galera, Philippines with Scandi Divers. First off, the scuba diving was extraordinary, with healthy, pristine reefs, amazing biodiversity and fish, corals, and creatures, that I’ve never seen in more than 20 years of diving. Secondly, the Dive team was amazing. From day one, they took care of everything and treated us like visiting royalty. Last, but absolutely not least I have to mention lovely, warm and attentive staff that fed us so well and took care of us during our stay. If you’re thinking at all about diving in the Philippines, by all means you should strongly consider Scandi Divers. You will not be disappointed

My friends and I had a wonderful experience and stay at Scandi Divers. The people over there are extremely kind and their service is tip-top. Although there were occasional power outages and water supply disruptions, they don’t last more than five minutes. And hey, you are living in an island resort; sometimes these things do happen. Did I mention that they had a great kitchen staff that cooks up really decent food? The pasta was al-dente! Multiple choices for breakfast and 3-course main for lunch and dinner. But please fix the Starbucks machine; wanted to order the Nitro Cold Brew. LOL! I’m not going to talk about the dives and mind-blowing dive sites. Just read the rest of the reviews they got; they represent my sentiments and they all said the same thing; great & majestic...! The view from the resort is splendid! Waking up in the morning looking at the sea view of Big La Laguna Beach, the sunset view in the evening... just beautiful! Special mentions to the Sale Consultant, Marianne, who has been helping and servicing us from quotation and advisory to making sure that we have an excellent experience and stay at the resort. Not forgetting the fabulous people from the dive shop: Dive Shop Manager Rex, Dive Master Felix, the funny yet extremely kind Air Man Arman, and all the other staff and boatmen! The staff at Scandi also showered us with small gifts! If anyone is considering going to this place, I’ve got a quote from the movie “Top Gun: Maverick” for you, modify to fit the context: “Don’t think. Just go.”

From the moment we arrived till the moment we left was five star service all the way. It is difficult to pick one group or person from all the teams that looked after us. The reception, food, room and dive crew went above and beyond and always wit a smile. I did not think it could get any better until the last night gala dinner and entertainment. If this is not on your list, it should. Our thanks to all at Scandi Divers for a set of experiences and memories that will always stay with us. Love to you all.

My husband and I were part of a dive group of 20 divers . Scandi Dive Resort was very capable of handling the needs of all of us. The dive shop was top notch with very qualified dive masters and boat/equipment helpers. Everything runs like clockwork to ensure all of a great diving experience. The food is very good and the staff are there to cater to every need. Amazing how the staff knows the name of every guest by the end of the first day. The massages at the spa are not to be missed! My husband celebrated his 91st birthday here and dove every day. They made him king of the island for a day complete with a pig roast dinner and fire dancers! Our whole vacation there was wonderful and memorable! Thank you, Scandi Dive Resort!

The service at Scandi Divers was exceptional and the staff are so organized and thought of everything we would need. The diving is great and boat rides only ~5 minutes to get to most of the sites! Great food for all meals, comfortable rooms and a nice, quiet setting.
