Carpets stapled and taped down and warn. Room was dirty and friend had dirty towels when checking in. Checkin process very slow with untrained desk clerk. The place needs better management I would call this hotel a Best Western minus, not a Best Western plus.

Hotel is beautiful but the night staff while checking in was lazy and rude the morning gal was a sweetheart though! The breakfast had no gluten free options which was very disappointing all carbs no protein to fuel your day. The hotel itself is nice and very clean in a safe area with very comfortable beds.

It was terrible. The lobby looked clean and nice but the room was so dirty and gross. There was food all over all the counters. Hair in the bed. Crap all over the walls. Big soap spots all over the shower and tub. When the heater came on it made the loudest noises.it sounded like someone had but shoes in a dryer. We had to turn it off and freeze all night just to get a little sleep. When i went to the front desk to talk to someone about it. There was never anyone there. Even at checkout, just a note leave keys here.

The rooms were nice and the breakfast was good. One day they had eggs and bacon, as well as all the normal fare of waffles, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, toast, bagels, etc. The next day was biscuits and gravy with all the other things the same. The only complaint I have at all is that the beds were not as comfortable as I like, but I still slept fairly well. It was nice and quiet and close to a Denny's and a Walmart and BYU.

Check-in was very quick and easy and the staff was remarkable. The room is very clean, but it looks like there is a little bit of repair that needs done on carpeting and possibly spots on the wallpaper that need fixing but it was clean and very nice and quiet.

We have stayed here several times. This has been a great place for us. They finally have the hot tub fixed although the jets are really weak. It is in a great location and we love the bakery just outside the hotel.

Great location with a great on site Indian restaurant. I had the suite with King bed. The King bed is in a separate spacious bedroom with a sofa sleeper and large TV The main space also has a sofa sleeper and large TV with kitchenette and large bathroom. The sofa sleepers however are not comfortable, but they would be okay for very small children. This hotel is a best western plus which usually means They will have a nice full hot breakfast. They do not… maybe just a small step above a basic continental. Overall I like the property and have stayed here a couple of times.

I appreciated the fact that breakfast was included, and the variety of options available was a nice touch. Additionally, the friendly demeanor of the staff was a pleasant aspect of my stay. However, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. Despite requesting that it be tidied up and being assured that it would be, it remained in an unsatisfactory state. To my surprise, even after a four-day stay, my room was never cleaned.

The hotel has poor soundproofing; noises from outside frequently woke me up. The toilet seat in the hotel bathroom was loose, and the bathroom's exhaust fan was extremely loud. Additionally, the light and exhaust fan share the same switch, making it impossible to turn off the fan separately, which was quite inconvenient. There was dust on the TV stand. Breakfast options were limited, and the quality was normal.
