峽谷達迪斯飯店(Canyon Dades)

Je ne comprends pas pourquoi on nous à emmené dans cet hôtel également sachant que juste avant nous avions un riad splendide. Aucune porte pour la salle de bain et le petit plus l'eau ne s'écoule pas du coup limite une innondation dans la chambre nous devions déboucher le siphon. La wifi horrible, on ne capte absolument pas, à fuir !!! Le personnel n’est pas du tous qualifié pour l’hôtelleri pas souriant et encore moin professionnels. La clim éteinte par eux de 23H à 7H du matin une horreur avec cette chaleur. Les photos n’ont rien à voir avec la réalité je le confirme également et nous avons dîner dans le noir dans la salle à manger avec nos flash de telephones car soit disant pb de fusible. Piscine et terrasse pas accessible car bcp d'alcool et boucan. Déçu +++

La wifi horrible, on ne capte absolument pas, à fuir !!! Le personnel n’est pas qualifié pour l’hôtellerie. Les photos n’ont rien à voir avec la réalité. Endroit pas familial, les hommes boivent de l’alcool au bord de la piscine (pays musulman). Je ne comprends pas pourquoi avoir payé cet hôtel, tout en sachant que nous n’avons profité de rien.

L’auberge est top ! Le paysage incroyable, n’hésitez pas à demander à Ismael de vous faire une super balade dans les Georges de Dades ! Un grand merci au personnel très souriant et très agréable qui nous ont fait passé un super séjour !

Siamo stati in questo hotel con un tour organizzato per andare nel deserto. È stata una pessima esperienza. L'hotel di per se è bello, le stanze sono grandi e ben riscaldate. Peccato che al nostro arrivo la sala di ricevimento fosse gelata, e noi arrivavano, insieme ad altri pulmini,da numerose ore di viaggio, stanchi e infreddoliti. Nella camera mancavano gli asciugamani, ce ne è stato fornito solo 1 dopo che lo abbiamo richiesto e la carta igienica l'abbiamo avuta la mattina seguente sempre su richiesta. Non c'era acqua calda nella doccia, e la cena è stata servita al freddo. Il camino è stata acceso dopo che molti avevano già mangiato . La cena è stata scarsa, per una persona direi, invece che per due. La colazione sempre al freddo. Situazione imbarazzante.

In my ten years of global travel, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The front desk employee advised that my son and I share a room with another family who wasn't even in our tour group because the desk had forgotten to book a room for us. That was only the beginning. They were not at all ready for the hotel to be completely booked tonight (yes, I am writing this from the hotel; that is how awful it is). Then, we were required to carry our own bags up four flights of stairs. The bedding is filthy, the beds are rough, and the room is gloomy. Additionally, the shelf in this room had some sticky material on it that housekeeping concealed with the towel stack. Oh, and the heaters don't have enough controls for each room to operate their own, so you have to knock on doors to find one. After about 30 minutes of indifference, the restaurant eventually started serving our group, which included soup that had a long black hair in it. Yuck. That pretty about sums it up.

We stayed here on our way back from Merzouga to Marrakech. The views of the mountains surrounding the hotel are breathtaking, rooms were very big and clean, the pool was nice and refreshing and the breakfast and dinner were both very good, big portions. Staff were all very nice, attentive and helpful.

The worst hotel we stayed in. The only saving grace was the location next to monkey finger, and the hike we did into the mountain with a guide from the hotel. The hotel was unlike the photos , it was unclean, room very sp**** not even face towels or soap, no chair to seat on. Sockets come out of the wall as you use them. Breakfast at a surcharge was terrible no eggs just some bread , jam, chocolate spread and cheap yogurt .
