科科莫植物度假村(Kokomo Botanical Resort - Caribbean Family Cottages)

We loved our stay at Kokomo resort! Wenie and rest of the staff were great, always available meeting our needs whether it was fresh towels, recommendations or helping setup spa appoin**ents. The only drawback was not being right at the beach. Although they have a reserved beach area, it is a 5 min drive.

We found this to be an affordable place to stay that offered 2 bedrooms. The cottage was a study in efficiency! All sorts of cabinets for storage - it was almost comical where all the various and many built-in cabinets were placed. The only drawbacks were the AC and the restaurant. The AC unit was in the living room, leaving the bedrooms and their ceiling fans a little warm. The restaurant was only open for dinner.

Wenie was great, the staff is great! It’s a good location, they have a shuttle that takes you to the beach, which is the immaculate and secluded and very pretty. Highly recommend to rent a car because food options are limited. Overall the cottages were cute and clean.

Everything was nice except the fact the room was over 85 degrees with the AC on. Coulebt get a good night sleep. Couldn't find the front desk or someone to help when issues that took place

Beautiful property and room. The restaurant was excellent. Really great value. Very helpful and friendly staff. I can’t recommend this resort highly enough.

There were issue from the start. The room was dirty ! It looked clean until you walked on the floors and your feet got dirty I don’t think under beds have ever been vacuumed. The amenities that where there ie full kitchen grill beach chairs well this doesn’t exist. We had to ask for new pots and pans as the 4 that were provided were nonstick and peeling so badly you couldn’t cook with them without it all ending up in your food. There were 2 spoons and the knives were either bent or so dull you couldn’t even cut with them. There were no storage containers or bowls to mix anything in half the shelves in the fridge were missing. It said that a grill can be provided upon request but what they don’t say is that you must supply the charcoal and lighter fluid. I have never stayed in a place where that was our responsibility to supply and it’s quite costly at the store for charcoal and no lighter fluid to be found. So the grilling was a bust as well. The beach chairs that we had to ask for where horrendous they were so rusty, you couldn’t even close them. We were told to just leave them on the beach if we couldn’t get them closed that was ridiculous. There was parking issues but that was the least of the problems . Although when we asked for the new pans they were provided the next day the grill was brought up to the porch the housekeeper came every day but still didn’t clean very well. I found the staff pleasant and helpful but was disappointed in the overall condition of the place

We had an awesome time in TCI and the resort made our visit so much more enjoyable and memorable!
