미국은 문화적으로 많은 호텔이 있기때문에 성급에 대해서 많이 저평가 되어있는 것 같습니다. 2성급인데도 불구하고 매우 좋았습니다.

The room was one that had not yet been updated. There was huge cracks in the sink that had a bad caulk job. It still had the older air condition/heater. We were on the thied floor and the elevator went out shory after we got there so it was up and down 3 flights of stairs. This was my husbands birthday day weekend. Bad choice!

Nice pleasant room. Good breakfast. Felt safe. Parking was a bit of a challenge. Parked on the other side of the hotel, no door entrance. Only 4 handicapped spots and folks parked on them with no tag. Otherwise a great night stay!

Waited several minutes for assistants to check in after ringing bell. Room was not clean. Walk-in shower full of mildew. Full length mirror missing from wall. Huge filthy handprints on walls. Wallpaper peeling. Quite disappointed after reading reviews.

Hole in paneling next to bed; no outlet near bed; mattress lumpy; bathroom door rusted and paint flaking; bath towels minuscule; stained wall behind towel rack; poor breakfast with tiny coffee cups. Nice personnel.

Family friendly atmosphere, accommodating staff, wonderful breakfast. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful!! From check in to check out. The staff, breakfast, and room was superb!

Rooms very clean and staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast and the coffee was terrible…we had a little before we left but got coffee elsewhere as it tasted like dish water.

Last minute booking due, with amazing results! What a comfort to stay in a safe and clean hotel with excellent customer service. Beds are the best!

The indoor pool was not heated and poorly maintained. There were no pool towels replenished even after going to the front desk to request them.

The property was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The check-in process was smooth and we had no issues. I would recommend this property to friends and family.

Good for a weekend stay ! The bed was extremely comfortable . I didn’t use the couch because it had stains on it, but other than that everything else was good.

We had a bad experience at this hotel and will not stay here again. 1) Our room was very outdated, dirty and stinky. It had a strong smell of moisture or of old furniture, which was almost like a smell of smoke. 2) The cloth sofa in our room had a strong smell of urine, so that we did not even want to put our bags on it. 3) There were grey stains on walls and carpet. 4) Drawers in the desk and night stand did not fully close and rolled out on their own. 5) LED bulbs in the flexible night lamps were missing together with plastic covers, with no signs of attempts to replace them. And this has been obviously for so long that the exposed electric contacts developed a thick layer of sticky dust. 5) In addition to the above, the receptionist looked rude to me. She handed me room keys without saying a single word, i.e. no "your room is...", no "you can find your room on...", no "our breakfast hours are..." no "our wifi password is..." - just silently gave me the keys. I still do not know whether this hotel had a pool. To summarize, this hotel is very overrated and is not worth the $150 we paid for the room.
