Absolutely stunning view! amazing service fantastic reception team , easy access to the bus stop for visiting nearby towns with bars and restaurants pool and cove both wonderful

This is our third year that we book vacations with this hotel.In general we are satisfied with the accomodation and and the facilities that the hotel provides.Stuff is professional and kind.Breakfast has a variety of stuff for all tastes, although pastries are not the best quality.Food of the main restaurant (antaeus) is very good and tasty.One of the disadvantages of the hotel are the rooms, some rooms are not renovated so this is a thing that it can be improved.Finally the best thing in this hotel is the pool of course, it is quite big and there are enough sunbeds around the pool.

Der Aufenthalt im Grecian Park Hotel war insgesamt sehr angenehm, und es fällt mir schwer, etwas Negatives zu erwähnen. Es gibt jedoch eine kleine Anmerkung, die ich gerne teilen möchte. Bei der Buchung habe ich sorgfältig darauf geachtet, ein Zimmer mit unverbautem Meerblick zu erhalten. Ich habe explizit nach einem Zimmer gesucht, bei dem dieser Meerblick bestätigt wurde und war bereit, einen Aufpreis dafür zu zahlen. Leider stellte sich heraus, dass bei meiner Ankunft ich ein Zimmer mit eingeschränktem Meerblick bekommen habe. Dies hat mich enttäuscht, da ich einen Aufpreis bezahlt hatte, um ein Zimmer mit vollem Meerblick zu erhalten.

A lovely hotel in a quiet location with good transport links into local towns. Lovely room with sea view and staff were found to be professional and helpful. Excellent facilities available and dining area was organised and packed with a range of quality food to meet all requirements. Highly recommend this hotel.

All the staff were highly professional. Breakfast is on a superior level; of particular note the fresh honeycomb in a wooden frame. The rooms and general areas are impeccably clean and the grounds are kept very well. Although the hotel was at maximum capacity it did not seem so at any time. Highly recommended.

One of the best hotels I have ever been too. Excellent service, rooms functional and spotlessly clean, great facilities and courteous and helpful staff. Used their spa, pool, gym and restaurants. Very happy indeed. Stayed full board. Great variety offered for all meals. Must underline the great location of the hotel, above the stunning Konnos beach, one of the best on the island. Yes, it is on the pricey side but considering the location, services offered and the fact that it was high season it was definitely worth it. Looking forward to visiting again.

We had a fabulous stay at the Grecian Bay - the staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and relaxed. The breakfast restaurant team were particularly impressive as it was peak season when we visited. Special mention also to our room attendant - Maria who was incredibly attentive and always added little finishing touches to our room.

Our stays at this five-star hotel have consistently been delightful, largely thanks to the exceptional staff who go above and beyond to ensure we feel at home. In particular, we want to extend our appreciation to Antonia and Antonis from the restaurant. Their friendliness and professionalism have left a lasting impression, contributing significantly to our overall positive experience. At Cliff Bar, Vasiliki and Vasilis are equally commendable. Vasiliki's warmth and friendliness have always made our visits to the bar enjoyable. Vasilis, in particular, is a key reason we continue to return to this hotel. His exceptional management skills, coupled with his friendly demeanor, greatly enhance the atmosphere and experience at the Cliff Bar. Lastly, we want to acknowledge Ivan for his outstanding customer service. He impressively accommodated our request for a fruit platter at Asterias bar, demonstrating an exceptional commitment to guests' satisfaction. While we immensely enjoyed our time at Asterias, we'd like to suggest the addition of more healthy options to the menu, specifically fruit platters. We believe this would greatly complement the existing offerings and cater to the health-conscious guests. It would be even more convenient if smaller portion options, such as a fruit platter for two, were available. Decent hotel but not 5 stars IMO. Missing entertainment element and hotel feels as if it has no charm or character. Bars were empty even though it looks like they had potential.

It’s a fantastic hotel with plenty of facilities and the staff are so nice and accommodating. Pool is excellent and the beach is one of the best.

The views of Konnos bay are exceptional. The staff observed and enforced covid rules at the buffet breakfast which was nice to see. Breakfast was good and so was the quality and price of food in the pool restaurant. The reception staff was really helpful and tried to accommodate requests as best as they could. The hotel hairdressing service was very good. The hotel needs maintainance but these happened in early morning with no regard to guests comfort ( lacquering of floors/ grass cutting. The first room we were given stank of stale drain pipes. We asked to have our room changed which happened swiftly. The children’s play park looks dangerous with creaking wood structures and sun weathered rope structures. A lot of areas were dirty with equipment left lying there from previous functions. The cleaning of the room was suboptimal. Towels were changed but shampoo/gels not replenished. I appreciate the season had not started yet but you don’t expect to see these things in a 5star hotel. The cliff bar was not operational yet. The pool was nice but is not heated and is cold in April. The pool beds were were not routinely cleaned between clients or at the end of the day. The towel policy ( one towel per person that the client collects by showing a card and then returns to collect the card) is not adding to a feeling of luxury. The connection between hotel and the bay was not yet functional with no hotel owned beds/ umbrellas on the bay. Slightly disappointing overall

Overall we enjoyed the stay. Especially Vasilis from cliff bar was fantastic. The services was great and we will definitely be back
