SpringHill Suites Prince Frederick

This hotel was wonderful. The staff was polite and professional. Although doing a little renovation, the hotel was clean and orderly. The complimentary breakfast was the normal items, but it was hot and plentiful. The kids loved the indoor pool!

The bed was hard and uncomfortable. When taking a shower, the water turned cold before I was finished. The room was clean though.

Was looking for a quick getaway. I found it. Staff was friendly. Clean room, comfortable sleeping arrangements. All amenities were accessible. I will return for sure. Thanks Springhill Suites for coming into view.

Had a bathtub and was excited but drain stopper in the bathtub did not work. :(

Very friendly staff. Clean room and lobby. Nice toiletries. Excellent hot breakfast.

Very nice place to stay. The staff was good and check in was easy. The breakfast was nice and the pool and exercise room were an added bonus. Unfortunately the mattress was not very comfortable.

We felt so welcomed with perfect communication and professionalism; it was clean and offered a feeling of safety, trust and assurance that our satisfaction was their priority and they aimed to please. Keep up the good hospitality!!!

The property was good. The staff was good. It was clean. The only issue i had was the lack of hot water in the shower. Other than that it was a great place to stay.
