我們在Urban Creme度過了一個非常舒適的5晚。該位置靠近地鐵站，步行不遠即可到達火藥塔。早餐很可愛。早上9點左右變得非常擁擠，所以我們確保儘早去或者等到高峯結束。我們在抵達前與Nela和Olga在前台通過電子郵件聯繫，以安排晚餐預訂，機場服務，他們總是迅速做出回應，並且非常有幫助。在我們住宿期間，外麪的溫度是-5，但房間裏的溫度很好。

我和我的朋友住了4晚。不錯的酒店,位置很好,適合新舊城鎮。接待處的帕特里克很可愛,沒有什麼麻煩,例如找最近的貓咖啡館讓我們參觀並給我們指路。他甚至對女王的不幸逝世表示哀悼,公平地說,所有的工作人員都很樂於助人,露西給我們指路,讓我們去印度的外賣,在我們第一次訪問之後,我們再也找不到了。雖然房間可能有點過時,但舒適安靜。早餐很好,選擇很好,但主要是我認爲的大陸性。如果我們將來回到布拉格,我們會100%選擇這家酒店。

This was booked for me as a surprise gift. We had 3 nights in a Suite. The suite had a large living area with sofa bed, TV, safe, minibar (chargeable), Nespresso style coffee maker and safe. The bedroom also had a TV and a nice king size bed. As is often the case in Europe there were 2 single quilts on it. There was a separate smallish bathroom and separate toilet. Overall a big hotel room. Breakfast was a small affair with a few hot buffet items, pastries, fruit, cereals and cake!!! The coffees they made were also fantastic. Oh and Prosecco for those tempted. There is always one. Staff were friendly and helpful and we checked in early with a glass of prosecco. It's a small hotel (around 14 rooms) and in a good location to access the many central areas of Prague. Overall it had a feeling of quality and exclusivity linked to its size. Definitely recommended and I might let my girlfriend surprise me again!

Not sure how this hotel gets an endless array of 4 to 5 starts. I booked three rooms, and two of the rooms the AC didn't work. Their response, you need to remain in the room and wait for the technician to come and repair it. Isn't this something you should have taken care of before a patron checks in?? Why is this our responsibility? The hotel is pretty much outdated and the curtains need a wash it's pretty dust y and needs a renovation. The tub/shower is in tight quarters and really isn't accessible for anyone with bad knees or any elderly person. The staff is hit or miss, some are extremely friendly, polite and nice. Some don't want to be bothered. A simple question of which restaurants are open late couldn't be answered. There is a nice restaurant cafe imperial next to the hotel, you would think as a hotel patron you would get priority. The hostess asked if we had a reservation? We told her we are staying at the hotel, she kept on repeating if we needed a reservation? I told her we just wanted to order coffee to go? I don't think I've ever seen a lack of communication on hotel staff. Asking about late check out is trying to understand Kafka's Metamorphosis. Maybe, 1 pm, maybe 3 pm, maybe 2 pm depending on which clerk you ask. Then it required a fee. There wasn't any consisting messaging and it was dependent on the person responding to you. The pictures of most of the bookings are outdated, and this hotel needs a major renovation. The halls look like something out of a Stephen King the shining. This isn't an antique, your going for a 4 to 5 star status. I wouldn't ever want to stay in a hotel like this ever again. The first night when the AC didn't work. The response was to open the windows. Couldn't open the windows because they were locked shut. The one exceptional thing about this hotel is it's location. Everything else was an epic fail. I really wanted the hotel to get a 4 to 5 star rating but the AC is something that should not fail on any quality inspection. Two of the three rooms didn't have a functioning one.

We stayed mid-March for four nights with breakfast. Hotel was excellent. Staff friendly and helpful, breakfast was superb, great choice and plenty for everyone including champagne every morning if you wanted it. The room (701) was quiet, comfortable and clean. We could not fault the hotel. Location is excellent. Plenty of local restaurants. We walked everywhere, didn’t feel we needed to use tram. A fantastic break in Prague and an excellent hotel.

酒店美麗的名字後面，類似於著名的麗茲卡爾頓酒店，是通常的自信treshka，為什麼我在那裡不認識4星級。優點：電車5.9左右； 4個站到市中心，附近有一家超市和幾家酒吧。不錯的早餐，不錯的員工，僅此而已。相反，現在的房間又小又暗，就像...一樣昏暗，三盞昏暗的落地燈，根本沒有頭頂燈，浴室裏也很黑，總是潮濕，因為浴室裏沒有窗帘或隔斷，所以兩個人在浴缸裏洗了沼澤。冰箱裏擠滿了酒店啤酒和蘇打水，價格低廉，沒有地方可以放自己的。毛巾架在浴缸中不起作用。電車的噪音，儘管房間離他們越遠越好，甚至不是噪音，而是振動。我認為靠近道路的人真的很糟糕。好吧，最重要的是，牀貌似不錯，但不舒服，護膝太軟，睡得不好，所以我不建議這樣做。

超級位置。可步行至大部分主要旅遊景點。周圍有很多餐館和咖啡館。靠近電車和火車站。雜貨店也在拐角處。 酒店很舊。早餐是標準的，不如我之前在布拉格住過的其他酒店。我在C樓有一個房間，要走很遠的路，需要換電梯才能到達房間。優點是超級安靜的房間。

很棒的酒店!我們晚上8點入住,前台接待員非常好,住在關閉的地方讓我們入住。我們住了四晚,第二天我們注意到我們的水槽到處漏水。我們打電話給前台,他們立即來u親看看情況,把我們搬到另一個房間。這是一個更好的房間,很棒,但我們很感激他們如何迅速解決了問題。牀超級舒服,淋浴很棒。我們也喜歡有冰箱和空調。位置很棒,因爲酒店周圍有更便宜的美食場所,但就像步行20分鐘到主廣場。總的來說,我們喜歡這家酒店,完全推薦它,特別是價格。

Les plus : Quartier de Karlin sympa, vivant, beaucoup d'endroits où boire un verre, se restaurer... Hôtel à 2 pas d'un arrêt de tramway... Wahou magnifique décoration dans le hall, j'étais sous le charme dès l'arrivée... Les locaux sont beaux, joliment décorés... Service très sympathique, toujours souriant et rapide à la réception, merci... Personnel très réactif et arrangeant dans le traitement des demandes... Chambre suffisamnent confortable avec un fauteuil, rien d'extraordinaire à signaler... Les minus : Pas de bouteille d'eau offerte à l'arrivée... Pas de bouilloire en chambre... Bonne literie, mais matelas malheureusement trop dur selon mes prérences, limite inconfortable, enfin j'ai dû m'adapter... Mauvaise insonorisation de la chambre on entend les bruits du couloir.. Soucis d'electricité dans la chambre à plusieurs reprises... Déjeuner européen plutôt complet, mais par exemple aucune délicieuse pâtisserie locale type kolac, pourrait être amélioré avec plus d'originalité... En 20 années de voyage à Prague j'ai déjà visité beaucoup d'hôtels de standards tous différents, dans des quartiers à chaque fois différents. Je peux dire que cet hôtel n'est pas celui qui offre le meilleur rapport qualité-prix. À CHF 120 francs la nuit (à Prague) on pourrait au moins fournir une bouilloire et un plateau de thé en chambre et également vous offrir une bouteille d'eau à l'arrivée. Il s'agit bien entendu de ma sensibilité personnelle, mais je trouve vraiment dommage. Globalement je m'attendais quand même à une expérience de confort meilleure. Sensiblement déçu.
