Facility was fine, but with what seemed an indifferent staff, no breakfast & a restaurant that was limited to all but inedible soup & toasted cheese sandwich, we would never return to a courtyard by Marriott. After a long day, we were very disappointed in the Lack of niceties.

The hotel was conveniently located. Stuff mostly friendly but not enough people working shifts. Cleaning service was every other day. The person at the reception was also the one working the restaurant on Friday evening. I waited 15 min at the bar to place an order and no one even came so I left. Very, very average place for the price of $650 for 2 nights

Despite the fact that we had made and had confirmed reservations for TWO rooms when we got there the clerk behind the desk told us one of the rooms had been canceled and the hotel was fully booked. After my protest he got the manager who was very nice and managed to find another room for us

No "breakfast included" like other hotels in its price range. There was a "bistro" offered which charged us $18.00 for 2 yogurts and a cup of tea. No bar, no snacks available after 9:30 AM, except at the little store next to check-in (over-priced chips, etc.) Staff was friendly, but they just didn't have anything to offer once you checked in.

Paying extra for what turned out to be pre-packaged individual, warmed-over servings was a mistake. It was not made to order as I was led to expect.

Our room was not made up for a day and 1/2 . The food was overly expensive. There furniture in the room was in disrepair. We had no phone in the room. I won't ever go back there. The beds were uncomfortable and the room was the most expensive we have ever had. Outrageous!

My room wasn’t ready even though I didn’t check in until 6:30pm. They gave me a different room on the first floor. There are ants in the room 👎

We were harassed multiple times at this property, we paid extra for a room and did not get the room we paid for. The walls were VERY thin, I woke up to my neighbors every morning during our stay. Our television we had the volume on 9 out of 100 and at 1:30AM we had to open the door to get told to turn our television down because noise complaints. Our tv was on 9! And not only that but we paid the same amount of money as our neighbors but were harassed to turn off our television to make their stay more pleasurable. While our stay was terrible, 0 out of 100! Would NOT RECOMMEND! We also stayed for 4 days with no microwave in the room and the water was cold.

Our room was not clean. It seemed as though the cleaner stopped midway through the job. The beds were made but there were linens on the floor. There sink area obviously hadn't been wiped clean, there were items in the sink, there was no soap and only a single towel. The toilet obviously hadn't been cleaned and was dirty and gross. In all other respects, the hotel was fine.

The lobby is beautiful but the rooms don’t match the unique and updated designs of the lobby.

I had booked the reservation for a room with two queen size beds. I was given a room for the handicapped with a king size bed. Too busy and crowded to meet my request.

Room was not made up 2 of the 4 days we stayed!!!!!
