Repeat visit to this facility. Price was great as was the facility.

Great place to stay. Quiet, clean and comfortable. Easy access from the highway and walkable to shopping and restaurants.

For what we paid I would have expected the hotel to be nicer. There was a faint throw up smell in our room that my family all immediately noticed. The pool didn’t open until 6pm, which was kinda odd. We could hear everything in the room above us, even when we had the tv on so we didn’t get much sleep. It was mediocre, I would definitely not go out of my way to stay here again.

Overnight stay to take in some high school basketball games. Oxford Suites provides simple, clean rooms at a good price.

Such a great find for our regular stop in Spokane between Oregon and Montana to see family! The hotel is pet friendly, in a great location (so close to food options and shopping) and the complimentary happy hour was a great bonus coming in off hours on the road. Everyone was friendly and accommodating, the bed was comfy and I appreciate the special, custom lemongrass toiletries in the bathroom. We’ll be back!

The front staff was great on check in. They accommodated our request for higher level. Room was not as clean as normally - tv stand was broken and tv was tilting to the side and if you touched it, it felt like it was going to fall off we put a cup under it to hold it in one spot. the counters were sticky and there was a sock in the closet evening reception was great and great staff on heading out the next day, we asked if our room would be cleaned up and the front staff said that they would make sure it was - i watched as she entered something into the computer (the only reason I asked is that when we were there a week ago - our room did not get cleaned on the second day and we were told that "we had not requested it" I have never done this before, at this hotel or any other hotel. Used to be if you did NOT want your room done you left a sign on the door or you let the front know that you did not want it done. Regardless, I wanted it done and that is why I stopped at the front desk before leaving for the day. This did NOT HAPPEN. we came back to the room not done. When I called the front, I was told "oh well I guess they were busy or did not get the message" I asked if it could get done now and was told that everyone had left for the day. She said she would send some up to empty garbage, bring towels, coffee, etc. A gentleman came up with towels only and left. Overall, a nice stay. The TV's had to be turned on manually, once on - the remotes worked. Also, there was no heat on in our room upon arrival (it was 34° outside), had to wait for the room to heat up.

Very impressed. Very clean and well maintained. Terrific customer service. Reasonably priced. Delicious breakfast. Walkable distance from shopping and dining options. Would definitely recommend to a friend and stay here again!

Disappointed that the pool was closed. The view of the river was beautiful. A very nice hotel. Guests should be notified ahead of check in if the pool will not be operational during their stay. That is one of the amenities that we pay for.
