My partner and I loved this hotel. A few reviews mentioned a less than desirable location, however we felt it was only an issue if you are unable to make steep hills. Porto is a very hilly city for info! It's on a slightly boring main road, but you can't hear the local noise from your room. Couple of convenience stores on the road. There are buses going close to the hotel if the walk is too much. It's about 10-15 mins walk from the 'centre' (São Bento, main shops, Food market) but just 5 minutes from beautiful squares with great atmosphere and families dining late. Facilities are good, full set of toiletries by Rituals, free mineral water daily, aircon, good breakfast, welcome drink (port!) and lovely garden to the restaurant. Very clean and chic decor throughout. Staff were bilingual and very professional and kind. I have no complaints! We didn't use it, but they have secure luggage storage. Uber from airport was €15 (approx 15-20 mins). Will 100% stay again next time we visit wonderful Porto. Buses to the river (Ribeiro) go from 10 mins away, buses to Foz beach go from São Bento. Glad we stayed away from very touristy area, it felt more like a 'retreat' and we met many lovely local people.

Great hotel. Has everything going for it. Breakfast good choice. Room good size . All amenities. House staff lovely and helpful. Restaurant excellent, worthwhile booking to ensure a seat. Spa and indoor pool very relaxing.

O quarto é super confortável, a comida é otima, as pessoas e os funcionários são muito simpáticos, bom ambiente, o Hostel é lindo, a localização é incrível. Voltaria com certeza, a esperiencia foi muito boa.

This hotel is excellent! It's a great location near all the activity and tourist things to do in Porto. If you're looking for something modern, clean, elevator and friendly staff, this is the place to go. When we checked in, the young man at the front desk spent about 15 minutes with a map showing us where to eat, drink, do the tourist stuff and where to avoid. The morning breakfast was good with a good selection of the usual fare.
