性價比不高，沒有空調，黴味少少

一流的設施，提供一切舒適感。鬱鬱蔥蔥的花園和美麗的潟湖景色，宜人的游泳池，一流的餐廳，可愛的員工。位置非常中心，很容易搭乘巴士。我希望我能回去。

我們剛在維拉港芒果度假村度過了兩週的假期，回到家時感到完全放鬆和充電。工作人員竭盡全力讓我們住得愉快，餐廳和食物都非常好。房間乾淨舒適，我們喜歡這裡的景色。我們對缺乏維護感到有點驚訝，浴室和水槽的水龍頭可以更換，甲板和木材需要油漆和清新，需要更多關注細節。餐廳甲板入口處的照明缺乏，非常危險，我們認為簡單的修復就會帶來很大的不同。總的來說，這次體驗很棒，再次向工作人員致敬，讓我們的住宿變得難忘。維拉港今年遭受了兩次颶風，目前仍在恢復中。我們祝福他們未來一切順利。

We were treated to a degustation voucher for Mother’s Day at Mangoes Restaurant. Chef Taku prepared a delicious feast and we were served by the beautiful Davina. The courses were well spaced and a lot of thought went into the choices and preparation. Dinner was set in a private Bure in the Garden and everything set nicely including flowers . We highly recommend this fine dining experience when visiting Port Vila but Chef requires 48 hours notice! Thankyou to our family for this gift and Mangoes Restaurant for attention to detail!

Went fishing this is the awesome meal that their chef prepared with one of the fish I caught .the service and amenities were incredible. Staff very friendly organized our day trip bookings and would definitely stay here again well Done to all their staff and management

Stayed here due to a Virgin Airlines delay. The website looks much better than in person. Rooms good but very basic. It is in a shifty area so they recommend you lock your valuables in the wardrobe with a key. The food was pretty good (Dinner & Breakfast), but we had a lot of dramas trying to get a ride to the airport because there was a cruise ship in town. Overall, maybe just touching on 3 stars.

昨晚 29/4/23 剛到家，我們在 Mangoes 住了 8 晚……我們從哪裡開始？房間很破舊，很久沒有維修了。不干淨，私人游泳池上的瓷磚正在脫落，但擁有私人游泳池真是太棒了。浴室裡到處都是黴菌，休息室非常不舒服，枕頭很糟糕，床墊不是很好但還可以，房間裡沒有足夠的餐具陶器，烤箱生鏽和臟，冰箱壞了，1 個架子來自另一個冰箱，因為它不適合和一直掉下來。石灰石堆積在浴室和廚房各處，我知道這無濟於事，但可以每天清潔以減少石灰石。我丈夫不得不削掉淋浴玫瑰花灑上的石灰石，因為 70% 的石灰石都被水垢堵塞了，感覺就像被海豚擊中了一樣！淋浴玻璃上滿是水垢，再次清潔。醋和碳酸氫鹽以及一點肘部油脂的成本並不高！我們為這個花園景觀私人泳池房支付了近 300 美元一晚。我們不介意付錢，但不是為了這些標準。做一些維護人員，這將是一個很棒的住宿地點。我們 15 年前住在那裡，它絕對完美。我們非常失望。昨天早上付款時，店主走上前來，甚至不認識我們。粗魯......工作人員很漂亮，瓦努阿圖的所有人都是如此。溫柔的關懷，想要取悅我們。所以我們會回來但不會回到芒果。哦，還有一件事，如果您在房間里安裝空調，空調每天的費用為 1500 瓦圖，因此請在需要時檢查一下。我們不介意支付它，因為那裡的電力成本很高。我希望這有幫助。

Room and bathroom were large. Resort is pretty, quiet, pool was warm, staff were friendly and helpful. Downside was the large bed I had was made by joining two single beds, so the cease between the two beds wasn’t comfortable. The beds overall were comfortable. They don’t refill toilettries. Every night I was bitten by mosquitoes. The problem was the cleaners would leave the room door open when they were cleaning, so mosquitoes were able to fly in and attack every night. No mosquitoes net in room. Location is an ok distance to town, maybe 10 minutes, you climb a steep hill. Local buses don’t go by often, it’s expensive to get the bus back to the resort. They’re located in a residential area, so nothing around.

Sejour au top. Les chambres sont confortables, les piscines agréables et le restaurant est extra !! Le point "négatif": Il faisait très chaud, nous avons donc demandé une chambre avec la climatisation, c'est en supplément. Nous sommes donc resté sans clim mais finalement le brasseurs d'air a bien fonctionné

An incredible resort! Two weeks of pure bliss (extended because Air Vanuatu cancelled our flight home!). The resort was incredibly accommodating, comfortable, friendly, and provided fabulous service. We had an issue with our private pool, which was quickly rectified. We were moved rooms and given complimentary drinks. Christel, Chichi, Taku, Thomas, Stacey, Serah, Linda, and Anne were especially brilliant and very attentive, as was James, the driver. The menu was a little limited for a two-week stay, but we also ate out, which wasn't a problem. Loved the peace and tranquillity of the resort, its location and having a choice of pools to laze beside! Would definitely return!

I had always wanted to visit Vanuatu, I had one week of annual leave coming up and thought why not!!! I was to travel by myself and did feel a little uneasy about it until I engaged with Mangoes Resort. The reservations team were amazing and so easy to deal with. They answered all my questions (as silly as they may of been) and really made me feel at ease and excited to just get there.... When I arrived, I was greeted by Mangoes wonderful staff, so smiley and very friendly. They assisted me again with all my questions, nothing was too hard for them. My plan for this trip was to relax, read a book, explore a little and eat delicious food. I had booked a Lagoon View Pool bungalow at Mangoes, the view was stunning, the breeze was nice and the pool was something I really enjoyed. I ended up spending majority of my days lazing around my private pool, reading my book and simply unwinding which was the exact holiday I was looking for. My room was serviced daily, the staff were friendly and very accommodating. Mangoes Resort also has a restaurant - I ate there nearly every night. The food was delicious, and the customer service was great. I had a really great time, thankyou Mangoes Team, I will be back.
