The Southerly Breeze is a brand-new barndominium in POC located close to the boat launches, beach, restaurants and grocery stores. Our home has 1 king bedroom downstairs and 2 queen bedrooms upstairs, each with a private bathroom with bathtub/shower combinations and Roku tv's in each room. There is also a game room upstairs with a 55" TV and a large sectional for extra sleeping space. Also in the game room is a table for extra dining space or playing games (several board games, card games, poker chips and dominoes are available for your use).
