這次入住體驗可以説是非常糟糕,完全配不上這個價位和所謂的星級標準。雖然房間還可以,酒店環境也算不錯,有24小時健身房,但整體服務和管理真的讓人非常失望。
最讓我不能接受的是退房之後的“偷扣費”行為。我退房時確認過賬單,衹有兩筆餐廳消費,而且我在前台也問清楚沒有其他費用。但第二天卻突然多出一筆水的費用。這瓶水我根本沒有喝,是我當天出海回來發現地上有一灘水,水瓶可能是凍裂了,根本不是我造成的。這筆費用不該由我承擔,工作人員也沒有當麪説明,等我離開之後才悄悄扣款,非常不誠信,讓人覺得被坑了。
餐廳方面也很讓人失望。The Deck 餐廳的牛排和羊肉居然是苦的,完全無法入口,難吃到離譜。The Lagoon 餐廳稍微好一些,但也衹是普通水平,不值得特意去吃。
而且我原本預訂了兩間房,結果入住當天衹給了一間,理由是另一間還沒清理好,一直拖延,嚴重影響了我們的入住體驗。
這家酒店看似高檔,實則管理混亂、服務不到位,甚至有些欺客的行為。我絕不會再來,也不會推薦給任何人。
This stay was extremely disappointing and definitely not worth the price or the so-called star rating. While the room was decent and the hotel environment seemed okay with a 24-hour gym, the overall service and management were a major letdown.
What I found completely unacceptable was the unauthorized charge after I checked out. When I left, I confirmed the bill at the front desk — there were only two dinner charges, and I was told there were no other fees. However, the next day, an additional charge appeared for a bottle of water I never consumed. I came back from a boat trip that day to find a puddle on the floor and a water bottle that seemed to have burst, possibly from freezing. This was clearly not my fault. Yet instead of discussing it with me, the hotel silently charged my card after I left — an extremely dishonest move that felt like a scam.
The restaurants were equally disappointing. The Deck served steaks and lamb that were inexplicably bitter and completely inedible — some of the worst food I’ve ever had. The Lagoon was slightly better, but still just average and not worth a special visit.
On top of that, I originally booked two rooms, but when I arrived, they only gave me one, saying the other wasn’t ready yet. It took ages to sort out, which seriously affected our plans.
This hotel may look upscale on the surface, but the reality is poor management, subpar service, and shady practices. I will never stay here again and would not recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and honest hotel experience.
