Hotel ist gut gelegen. Leider zur Seeseite sehr laut von der Straße. Hotel ist in die jahre gekommen. Zimmer brauchen dringend eine Auffrischung ( alte Teppiche ) Badezimmer mit alter Badewanne

Seconde fois dans cet hôtel. Magnifique emplacement et personnel très agréable. Les services sont excellents. L'hôtel mériterait un petit coup de frais. Mais j'y retournerai avec plaisir !

Great breakfast buffet, but it's busy. Convenient location, just on the side of main town, but also close to large ****** and prison. Felt safe walking around touristy area that had shops open late. Found hair in room, no mention of vip status at checkin, a bit older of a hotel. Pool is in basement, not the pool you see in photos, that is rec center across the street.

We had to pay for parking on our first night and we didn't get any direction on how we were supposed to bring our bags to our rooms from Parking garage....there was no elevator from that particular parking garage which was annoying

Special shoutout to Antonio at Ascuna Lounge. We had an ill person in our party and he was very considerate and caring of our situation. Also, the food there was excellent! We would highly rate this hotel except for the all night screaming and yelling of partyers on the street. We will likely not stay there again. It is a shame because it is not the hotel’s fault, and the hotel is excellent!

The location is amazing, the room was comfortable and clean (the bed was amazing) and the staff is super friendly and accommodating.

Everything about this hotel was great! The location with it being right on the oceanfront allowed for some pretty neat views especially of the sunset and sunrise. The rooms were pretty spacious, clean, and comfortable. Staff was also extremely helpful and kind. The breakfast was also very good! It was about a 5 minute walk to the center of Ponta Delgada. There are multiple amazing restaurants within a 5-10 minute walking distance of this hotel. Highly recommend to book this hotel if you are staying in Ponta Delgada.
