Property was outdated. Doors hard to open. Quality of this "refurbished" hotel is poor and low budget. Rooms are also very small compared to modern/newer hotels at a similar price point. The continental breakfast was great, staff was stellar, but the venue needs work. Sheets/bedding were also not very clean and smelled... will not be staying again.

Had 2 queen beds in our room & Both beds felt like your laying on springs. I had the most unpleasant sleep ever. Never had such a horrible experience at a hotel before.

Staff was absolutely wonderful while dealing with aggressive customers and being short staffed. They remained professional and smiling with us and other customers staying at Hampton Inn. The doors to the rooms need worked. We could hear EVERYTHING outside our door because there were gaps between doorframe and doors. We could see out into the hallway and are pretty sure anyone wanting to could see inside our room. Shower looked like it needed a lot of work, black mold in the corners is never a good thing. No matter how often staff cleans it, it will return until it is properly taken care of. We didn’t feel safe enough to use the shower. Hampton Inns are a part of Hilton Worldwide, so it’s a real shame that this organizations (currently $151 in stock shares) has no pride in their buildings and reputations. The fact that there is so much wrong with this building and staff are left to deal with angry customers over legit issues such as this with no apparent support from their employer is sadder still. It’s no wonder people don’t want to work in such an environment. Hilton Worldwide, fix your buildings and respect your employees.

Hotel was okay except the toilets almost sit on the floor and are near to impossible to stand up from. I will NEVER deal with ******* again. They totally screwed up my reservation after I paid extra to be able to change them.

The hotel was not up to Hampton Inn standards. The keys failed to work three times and it took forever for someone to replace the batteries. The outlets in the bathroom both failed to work. And the one in front of the desk pulled out from the wall when we attempted to use it.

Didn’t even have keys to rooms

The room was large and spacious and pretty clean and modern. Hampton Inn will be at the top of my list when I need a nice and affordable hotel room.

Property is very dated. Temperature in room would not lower and room stayed very warm. At breakfast at group staying at hotel were loud and telling lewd stories. Thankfully no families at breakfast at that time.

The room was clean and the staff were very nice. This certainly wasn’t the nicest hotel I’ve ever been in, a little shabbiness in lobby and entrance but it was just fine for our needs and like I said, room was nice and clean! Thanks!

They’re updating this hotel and it’s needed. Bathrooms are small. No place to put bathroom products. Rooms are small. Outdated. Staff was super helpful and friendly. Didn’t partake of the free breakfast so I cannot comment on that. Does have a gym open 24 hrs and the location is close to I90, Crocker Park shopping, which is really nice, and a hosts of other shops and restaurants.

The people are great! The room is TINY, but clean. Walls pretty thin - you will hear your neighbors and every car horn that honks to lock in the lot. We were in the room only to sleep so it was fine.

I called the hotel 2 days before arriving to inform them that I needed easy access to my room so to being slightly handicapped. They said they could accommodate and have a room close to the elevator. My room ended up being down the end of the hall. There was no special accommodations!! Their vending machines were out of order, ALL of them!! They said if we forgot something, ie, toothbrush, shampoos, combs, but didn't have any amenities. Although it was an ok hotel, they need to get it together a bit

The beds are way too hard. You could hear people talking….walls not very good at blocking noise.
