"I was in The Shore Trishvam for my Alumni meet. The property close to the sea, its amenities surprisingly luxurious. I have been travelling Pondy for the more than 60 years and the transformation in the hospitality sector is wonderful. While not far away from the city, Trishvam offers the quietness one longs for, for a change. The staff were just great, ever ready to meet every demand of our group making our stay comfortable and nice. The long food counter was truly delicious with assorted fare every day and special requests attended with a smile. In all, I would be privileged to return to The Shore Trishvam to spend a couple of days to enjoy their hospitality."

"Took the starting category room, it was quite big , with a little sofa and chair. It had a recently large toilet with good aesthetics. It had all the basic toiletry , dental kit, sanitary kit and also some extra like earbuds, filed and band-aid. They also have a rooftop swimming pool, and gym. A spa is getting made and will be ready for business soon. The location isn't bad. I did walk to white town quite many times which takes around 20-25 mins. They have nice pubs nearby tho. For white town you can also obtain rapido. Breakfast was okayish quality and taste wise but had a fair share of options. Decent stay!"

"Absolutely pathetic behaviour from the staff and management. The bald manager guy and the curly-haired waiter were unbelievably rude and disrespectful every single time we visited. They clearly judge people based on appearance and treat customers according to who “looks rich” enough for them. We were university students, and whenever we went there, it felt like they wanted to throw us out of the place. Meanwhile, we literally watched them treat other customers politely just because they were better dressed or looked wealthier. One of the most insulting moments was when we had just entered the premises and the bald manager instantly said, “Today no beer available,” without us even asking anything. As if our only purpose there was to drink. The arrogance and stereotyping were disgusting. And even if we were there to drink — so what? We are paying customers, not beggars asking for free service. Hospitality industry people acting classist and disrespectful towards customers is honestly embarrassing. If you cannot treat every customer with basic dignity and respect, you should not be working in hospitality at all. Worst service, worst attitude, and one of the most unwelcoming places we’ve ever visited."

"Excellent stay right on the beach. You can view an amazing sunrise if you are a morning person. Rooms are pretty large and very nicely managed. Staff are so nice and welcoming. If you are in need of an early check in, they can arrange a room for you with a nominal charge. Only thing is they do not have any inhouse restaurent however it has an italian restaurant right downstairs. Thank you SeaGadabout!!"
