The hospitality it’s soo good the staffs are very helpful and friendly. We stay on 9may till 11 may and the give us the big room with balcony and swimming pool view!! We stay in room call timeless , spacious, cold , clean , all the amenities are all provided and good quality , the breakfast are amazing the staffs Daia and Kit , Sahanawaj very nice and give us the good quality food . They also provide free bikes to go around!! The cleaning staff doing so well ! The last things that I so happy about it’s the Front liner , Pritam who the one help us to get a room in last minute on Friday night, without him connected us to Mr.Subhajit De we cannot stay here with all the amazing experience in this hotel! We are so happy and we will go back again and again to La Villa ❤️

We stayed here for 9 nights and would willingly have stayed 9 more. What was not to like. 'Villa' sums it up - it feels far more like a house than a hotel. And an exquisitely beautiful house at that - a mixture of weathered antiquity and sleek modernity - plopped in an oasis in the heart of 'White Town' with exotic plants and trees, including a mature mango tree whose branches we had to duck under to get to our room. Excellent food - either at La Villa itself or at their two sister properties - Villa Shanthi and the Spot - each offering its own unique menu. Every single member of staff looked after us so well that I won't begin to single anyone out. Though we have to give a special mention to Mr Subhajit De, who was our personal manager for our stay, uncomplainingly dealing with our needs - including procuring us an extra suitcase to accommodate all our Pondicherry shopping (the shops here are great!). I could go on... A wonderful little inclusion is a free minibar- restocked every day. That was a first for us. More than highly recommended!

The food was excellent and lite. Shanwaz services were too good. A great place to have some private time with your partner. Check the place out of your ever in Pondi. PS: Can be a little tricky to locate the place. Make sure to call them before you visit.

La Villa should provide inspiration to other properties in the hospitality industry. Seldom do you find the exceptional level of service, provided by people like Viknesh, Masee, Dia, Vijay and Kit who clesrly have a genuine desire to exceed your expectations. The food both at Breakfast and Dinner is outstanding and the accomodation extremely comfortable.

Amazing stay that felt both like a staycation and a luxurious moment out of time. Each staff member I met was more than kind and helpful. Breakfast very good with no fuss but refined. Bonus for the pool and the terrace area for eating/chilling/working.

Accueil chaleureux, logement de belle qualité et original ( piscine sur le toit , patio). Repas délicieux et service souriant et compétent . Nous ne pouvons que recommander cet établissement! Y retournerions sans hésiter ! De plus , très bien situé dans quartier de charme
