凱藝飯店(Quality Inn)

The hallway smell sooooo bad, like humidity. The room was clean, but the air-conditioned smell humidity too. They not have pool, they said Cross the street I never find it, or was the litte water at front. The staff was good in the morning At night I ask for more blankets THEY ASK WHAT IS WRONG WHY I NEED MORE🤦🏾‍♀️. The Hotel not have elevators and the breakfast is poor.

The overall property is very tired looking. The beds were clean and room clean and that is my main concern when we are only stopping over to sleep and get out. The Hallways etc were very dirty and it just looked old. The people working there were very nice and helpful.

Easily accessible, well located for my purpose. Comfortable, easy access to the internet. The property has no unique character, but it provides modest necessities at a relatively low cost.

Booked last minute and the desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds, clean, decor tired. Breakfast included but not the greatest. Good value for the money.

This was an overnight stay because my children and I were visiting a local college. The hotel property and room were clean. Unfortunately, the bathroom had a remnant smell of urine. I cleaned the bathroom with Clorox wipes and Lysol but the smell was persistent. Other than that, everything else was fine.

No water pressure. black around shower and wet spots on the carpet ( maybe too pet friendly ). No hot food for breakfast.

On a college tour for my daughter. Good price simple but nice!

If you are traveling from New England westward with an elderly or handicapped person, this is the ideal stopover, an easy day's drive and safe, hassle-free location. I was given a handicap accessible room and it was very well set up for people with limited mobility. Applebee's conveniently across the street and other stores & restaurants nearby. Staff polite and efficient.
