月光水療度假村(Moonlight Resort and Spa)

Sehr laut durch sprechende Hotelgäste, teilweise die ganze Nacht durch. Hotelpersonal und Security schritt nicht ein. Hotelmanager eher ein Frühstücksdirektor als ein Manager Zimmer relativ sauber, jedoch die Badezimmer in keinem Fall

If you don’t care about the room and just want a place to sleep with good price and crowded location, yes it is right. But I don’t like it since it is an old building with lots of things to repair and to clean. I was there for 3 nights, the first night was horrible for me that I couldn’t sleep due to air condition roaring all the night. The next day, the great manger kindly listened to my nagging and complaints, changed my room. He is so nice to me, hope to see him again. Breakfast was so so, has a lake view and balcony, polite staff especially the guard at the front gate. Hope to be there after the renovation.

Excellent hôtel dans un jardin très bien tenu. La chambre avec une petite terrasse est très agréable et confortable . Le manager ne sait quoi faire pour aider ses "hôtes" Très bon rapport qualité prix. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous

We stayed at the hotel for 3 days and as mentioned they did not provide hot water at all only whne we checked with the receptionist they use to switch on and then later after 20 mins they switched it off. Apart from that we faced payment issue. When I made the booking I had already paid via MMT however while check out the hotel staff mentioned that they did not receive the payment and asked us to pay in cash in Nepalese rupee. We had flight in an hour but the receptionist did not leave us. Later when manager called he was so rude and told us without making the payment they are not going to leave. Back story is precious day when we checked the property for availablilty they mentioned that there were no rooms but we were able to book through MMT as we got available rooms mentioned. And the hotel staff also mentioned that they had turned off the MMT bookings so basically they had technical issues for which they did not receive our payment but received our booking details. They were not ready accept anything later we had give our trekking guide number for reference but the receptionist still did not leave us as she was not trusting us and saying we gave fake number and made us wait for another 15mins. She then again called the guide and started speaking and wasted another 15mins I know Hindi so I could clearly know what she was talking. She even mentioned him that until he make the payment she will not leave us. And all this happened during the check out. They had whole 3 days to mention us. We showed the receipt as well the bank details where the money got debited still they asked us to make payment. Irony is she did not trust us with one phone number but she wanted us to make payment trusting them saying once they receive amount from MMT they would return. If such thing happens to an international customer just imagine what would have happened to us. Thankfully our flight got delayed and we’re safe. But the hotel staff kept calling our guide to make the payment.

best place to stay in Pokhara. so much eco friendly managements and hotel staff with positive atmosphere of the hotel. specially Nepali thali set was awesome with typical Nepalis taste looking forward to visit again

We really enjoyed a lot. All the staffs were very helpful and coperative. Breakfast was also good. Hotel also has a beautiful garden. Mr..Shyam Dhital, operation manager was very friendly. He suggested me with different touristic places also helped me to book a cable car for sunrise view. Will stay again in future. Thank you all .
