We had a big 6 week holiday booked and this accommodation was booked very early prior to arriving in the UK. I received an email from the company I used to book it that they could no longer accommodate me. I was never given an explanation. This left me scrambling and spending an hour or two late at night to try to secure some alternative accommodation. I choose Caprera for their facilities and price. I ended up having to pay a lot more. Since it was holiday season I was quite concerned I’d struggle to find something. I didn’t need this with only a few weeks to go until my huge trip.

It is beyond our control. We are sorry you felt the need to leave this feedback despite the fact you didn’t actually stay with us. Despite this matter, we hope it didn’t affect your trip.
