This lovely penthouse sleeps up to four guests very comfortably, with one bedroom and a large private living room with floor to ceiling windows over the pond. The master bedroom has a queen bed with French doors onto the open living room. The large front room has a sofa with trundle bed for extra guests, along with two large lounge chairs, fireplace, library, and 52” flat screen television. We do provide a pack n play and blow up mattress if needed. There is an equipped full kitchen with dining area off of front room. The full bathroom has large bathtub and vanity. The guests have a relaxing patio deck area for plenty of quiet time. This house has been completely redone to give the ultimate guest experience on Plymouth's historic waterfront! The house's outdoor amenities include an 8 person luxury hot tub, a kitchen on natural gas (grill and sink), gas fire pit, and an outside shower. The house sleeps up to 10 people comfortably with 3 bedrooms and 3 pull outs.The house is located right on a side street right on Plymouth's Waterfront. The house is right near the 1620 Hotel and all the waterfront's restaurants, shops, and historic attractions are right across the street. Everything historic Plymouth's Downtown has to offer is just steps away. The house has been recently renovated with all new flooring, tile, windows, deck, and outside living area. All the furniture, beds, and linens are brand new. The house has a driveway that can accommodate two to three cars. There is also free parking along Murray Street. Walk up the granite stairs on the side to enter the house into the kitchen. Kitchen features all stainless steel appliances and quartz counter tops.
