普里茅斯港1620飯店

The location could not be better. You're across the street form the wharf and some of the best food in town. Walking distance to all major attractions except the pilgrim settlement which is a 6 minute drive. The indoor pool was perfect for the kids, hot tub great for the adults. The staff was super friendly, the hotel was clean and seemed to have some recent upgrades. I have zero complaints about our stay. We will definitely be back!

The hotel is extremely outdated, poorly maintained, and had a strong unpleasant odor throughout. The lighting in both the common areas and the room was cold, not warm tones, making everything feel even more dreary. The furniture in the room was falling apart, the sheets were not clean (we found hair on them), bed cover smelled of pungent sweat, and the overpowering chemical smell from cleaning products had clearly seeped into the carpets and walls. It was genuinely uncomfortable, I couldn’t wait to leave. The price absolutely does not reflect the quality of the experience. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was unprofessional and gave the impression that they were doing us a favor by checking us in. Thankfully, the staff at checkout was friendly and courteous, which was one of the very few positives of our stay. Overall, I would not return. The hotel is in desperate need of a full renovation, and the persistent odor alone was enough to make me feel nauseous.

Nice hotel. Needs food. The hotel is large and spacious. Room was wonderful. Proximity to the Main Street of Plymouth was good. My disappointment was that a place with all these other strong points lacked a restaurant. My wife and I are old and have limited mobility to go out to eat. I know, hotel restaurants typically lose a little money, but for us, they are a drawing card.

The hotel is well located, but needs renovation, which is apparently planned. The extra mandatory charges for coffee and internet, though minimal, are unacceptable on principle. There should be safes in the room. The staff were welcoming and friendly.

Very old and run down. Thin blankets. Didn’t bring new towels or make up beds told us we should have asked. People noisy in pool outside our room. Water jugs empty in lobby. Resort fee and certainly not a resort.

1620 is a great hotel in a perfect location to do everything Plymouth has to offer. Spend your weekends walking around town or drive to see the other sites. Plenty of parking and great pool.

Heat was effective but made strange noises like popping corn. Didn't use pool but had to ask the lifeguard to find our room. Sineage for rooms was damaged.

Love this hotel. Love the staff. Very fun to go to with family and friends. My daughter’s favorite place to go to for weekend stays and Feb vacation!

We asked for a non-pool facing room and were quickly accommodated.
