🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴🔴 DE LAS VECES QUE VENIDO A PLAYA Y ME HE HOSPEDADO NUNCA HABIA TENIDO NINGUN PERCANSE HOY ME PASO LLEGAMOS CON MI PRIMA Y SOBRINAS A HOSPEDARNOS EN EL Hotel Sahara Playa del Carmen Mexico A LAS 5pm Y EN LO Q NOS BAÑAMOS Y NOS ARREGLAMOS SALIMOS 7pm ENFRENTE AL PARQUE PARA VER EL CONCIERTO DE Carlo Rivera Y OOOOHHHHH SORPRESA REGRESAMOS TERMINANDO EL CONCIERTO Y NO ESTAN MIS 2 PERFUMES Y UNO DE MI SORBRINA , SALGO ME DIRIJO CON EL DE RESEPCIÓN Y NO ME AYUDO EN NADA SOLO DIJO ALRATO QUE LLEGUE MI GERENTE A LAS 5am

El hotel bien, camas cómodas, desafortunadamente la habitación no tenia ni teléfono ni plancha, que son básicas, pero tenia horno de microondas y frigobar que no son basicos. Creo que un enchufe mas puedo haber sido funcional ya que eramos dos y no podiamos conectar dos celulares a la hora de dormir.

Excelente ubicación, muy cómodo por su cercanía a las dos estaciones de bus, supermercados, restaurantes, playa. Tiene un pequeño frigobar en las habitaciones. El único detalle es el agua de la alberca podrían mejorar ese detalle para estar al 100.

Todo estuvo muy bien está en muy buena ubicación todo cerca , dos opción es para ir a desayunar en lo incluido uno cruzando la callle y el otro a la vuelta de la casa esquina suficiente para un desayuno , las camas un poquito duras , y solo de noche salen cucarachas chiquitas especialmente en el baño , hay que tener cuidados para cuando uno ponga sus cosas de regreso en la maletas no llevarlas de recuerdo 😁pero en si , estuvo bien la estancia son amables en recepción .

AC descompuesto, había insectos en la habitación

For this budget price I just hope for clean and safe. However the room’s door handle was loose and barely locked, felt very insecure. Mattresses had plastic covering under sheets so very hot. Housekeeping did not service the room but took away all the towels (which were hung up, not on floor) and refused to replace them unless they were tipped. Fridge in room very noisy. Generally, the room and hotel smelled like mildew/mould.

Terrible experience to say the least. First of all the ac wasn’t working in two of our rooms and they wouldn’t give us another room or attempt to fix it. Now the bed sheets were stained and dirty with a very outdated room with a hard mattress. The restrooms looked as if they’ve never cleaned them toilet seat was yellow mirrors were dirty, shower floors were dirty and worst part was the shower head had green/black mold on it. We didn’t last more than a couple hours there due to how unbearable it was. Then to make it worse the lady at the front desk took us saying we wanted to leave and get a refund personal and didn’t want to speak with us no more. Very unprofessional place HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
