A very nice hotel on the East side of Delhi near India gate. The owner could not have been nicer making sure we had everything we needed. A good sized comfortable room and very comfortable bed. The breakfast was great, especially if want something other than Asian food and nice areas to relax in. Would definitely go back.

Eleven 完全超出預想。1. 前期溝通。主人Ajay有問必答。確認郵件中會詳細地告知到達的相關信息，不用擔心找不到。2.地理位置非常便捷。從國際機場打的大概50分鐘左右。非常靠近Nizamuddin 車站，大概10分鐘。去阿格拉的火車大多在此發車，從德里出發這裡是首選。3. 位於一個安靜的社區，旁邊有個小公園。帶小朋友早晨去公園散步，經常可以驚喜地看到小松鼠。4.房間整潔、乾淨、舒適，早餐有西式和印度可選，提供咖啡、茶、牛奶和酸奶以及水果。品種雖然不多，但是絕對能吃飽。因為我們帶了小朋友，Ajay還特別提供了麥片。5. Ajay還會幫助安排德里的行程、預訂的士。我們在德里剛好遇到中心區示威，Ajay非常熱心地提供了其他的遊覽意見。6. 房間免費提供一部當地預付手機。7. 公共區域有免費的礦泉水、茶、咖啡和餅乾。8。因為去的時候是冬天，一度擔心房間會太冷。但是發現房間有暖風機，完全夠暖。 有機會一定再來!

AJ and his place was second to none! Whatever we needed, he provided or found a place where we could find it! He was an incredible coordinator! Plus, things are cheaper in India and makes travel easier! AJ’s place was clean and the food for breakfast was second to none!

Maison située dans la zone résidentielle East Nizamuddin dans une rue calme et surveillée mais sans commerces ni restaurants à proximité. Les + : - Chambre spacieuse en mobilier local - Terrasse de plain pied donnant sur le jardin - Calme appréciable dans Delhi - Accueil, gentillesse, disponibilité de Ajay le propriétaire Les - : - Petit déjeuner continental Pau copieux et sans saveur - Loin des sites touristiques de Old Delhi mais tuk tuk à proximité Adresse au calme à l'écart de l'agitation de la ville même si la guesthouse est un peu loin du centre et des commerces et restaurants. Accueil agréable d'Ajay et le calme en fait un lieu à privilégier dans la turbulente Delhi. Note finale de 4/5

Ajay was a marvellous host. His service is second to none. He went out of his way to accomodate my problems: when my shoes fell apart, he went to fix it and did not take money for it, when we could not book a taxi to the train station he drove me in his car, again, free of charge. I have rather difficult dietary requirements: Ajay met all of them. The room was nice and clean, the water supply was plentiful. The location is good. He recommended a very good English speaking driver, Dhara. I highly recommend both of them.

Ajay's BnB really made our experience in New Delhi exceptional & memorable. This was our first trip to India and Delhi is a massive city. Ajay made us feel at home in such a foreign place. His team made exceptional meals for us, cleaned our room daily, provided fresh clean towels and linens, did our laundry, etc. Ajay went above and beyond helping us book a private tour of the Taj Mahal, helped us book train tickets, and even provided us with ayurvedic medicine when we got hit with Delhi belly. The beautiful Humayun's Toumb is within walking distance or just a short tuk-tuk away. TukTuk or Uber can get you to the main attractions in the city very affordably. I cannot recommend Ajay's place enough!

Special place run by the most amazing host! I only stayed about 8 hours - I came in incredibly tired from a delayed train trip at about 10pm & I was offered a cooked meal. I didn't want to inconvenience the staff, and I declined but I was encouraged to eat. I was grateful I felt so taken care of and it's clear that Ajay (host) is passionate about taking care of people. He then made sure I didn't overpay for my 5:30am taxi to the airport. He escorted me to the taxi and made sure I would be charged the correct amount. The neighborhood is calm, green... a true oasis. The meal I had was outstanding. I've stayed at the Leela which is a pricey 5-star hotel in the city, and Eleven is en par with outstanding customer service and care. I can't recommend it enough. You will be taking tuks tuks & Uber to get around most likely - this place from what I saw is well located to see all the major tourist attractions of the city. If Eleven is available, it's a no-brainer. Book it!

Very highly recommend Eleven Delhi to anyone looking to travel to the New Delhi area. Ajay and the ladies were wonderful hosts, and the house is comfortable and in a safe community. The breakfast they prepared for us every morning was very good, and they even went out of their way to accommodate dietary restrictions. Ajay had several recommendations for good places to visit during my stay, including hooking us up with a good tour guide to the Taj Mahal. Most importantly, Ajay was instrumental in helping me achieve the primary goal of my trip to India, receiving the Covaxin COVID vaccine. Thank you Ajay for everything!! You really made my trip the best it could have been.

Stayed for about 1 week. The host, Ajay was SOOO helpful. Breakfast was delicious and always served hot, whenever we were ready for it. We made some comments about how we would like to try something different to eat so he had the cook change up the menu. All the food was great! I mentioned that I really like Papaya so he said "We'll get you all the papaya you can eat!" ....and they did! The next morning I has my own bowl full of papaya. Ajay also gave us lots of suggestions about places to visit and the best times to visit each place. He arranged for our whole trip to the Taj Mahal--driver and guide--so we did not have to plan anything. The housing arrangements were very clean and neat. The bathrooms were very nice. He asked us if we wanted our rooms cleaned and fresh towels every day. He offers laundry service and ironing, which you pay for, but it is all well done. Ajay is a wonderful host and the other helpers at the house are also wonderful! He has a couple of dogs that are well behaved and do not go in the visitors rooms. You will have a very nice stay if you choose to stay at "Eleven" in Delhi!

I traveled to New Delhi twice this past year, in April and May, and I stayed at Eleven each time. In terms of facilities, the inn is very nice. It has clean, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms with hot showers, air conditioning, and everything one would expect from a good hotel. The provided breakfast in the garden is very peaceful, tasty, and filling. For close sightseeing, Abdur Rahim Khan-i-Khanan's Tomb is an uncrowded and unique historical sight located less than 5 minutes (walking) out the front gate. That said, what truly makes Eleven an exceptional place to stay is the owner, Ajay, and his family and staff. They go above and beyond to ensure their guests have a good stay in New Delhi. Even before I arrived, Ajay assisted in with information for my visa, and was very good about communicating in a timely manner. The first time I arrived, I was jet lagged and hungry, and had never been to India before. Due to flight schedules, I arrived early in the day, before my room was available. Ajay's family invited me to go to lunch with them to spend the time. I was truly blessed. The next visit, I flew in and needed to get to a work appointment shortly after arrival. Ajay took it upon himself to drive a coworker and I there, of his own accord without us asking him. Both times I was there, he assisted with arranging the Covid tests needed to fly out. I have rarely encountered business owners who take the well-being of their customers as seriously as him. I give hotel Eleven my unreserved recommendation!

Stayed at Eleven BnB on two separate trips, each for a few nights. The owner Ajay is very responsive via WhatsApp to arrange things prior to arrival and in person during the stay. The neighborhood has private security and the BnB itself is gated and very secure. It is located nearby a few attractions that are worth seeing, including the nearby tomb that was a precursor/inspiration to build the Taj Mahal. The rooms are clean and spacious and breakfast is great. Ajay helped arrange anything needed- drivers, day trips, shopping etc. He even personally drove some of us to an appointment and then gave a driving tour of part of the city on the return. We had a great discussion about Indias history and what the future of the country might hold. A great experience and stay at Eleven.
