Останавливался на 3 дня в отеле, по приезду в отель меня поселили в номер без вида на город, хотя я оплачивал именно такой номер. Менеджер сказал, что других номеров нет, только люкс с джакуззи за который нужно доплачивать, что освободятся номера только через 2 дня. На следующий день был другой менеджер, который меня переселил в номер с видом, и было большое количество людей, кто выехал из отеля. Потом было продолжение истории, о которой не буду рассказывать. Поставлю минус главному менеджеру за негибкость и неклиентоориентированность. Еще минус 0,5 балла за завтрак: каждый день всё одно и тоже, за 3 дня однообразная еда надоела. Нет переходников на розетки, их нужно самостоятельно покупать. По стоимости этот отель с завтраком стоил как отель mercury larnaca beach resort без завтрака. Лучше 4*, чем такой сервис здесь. На 3* не тянет.

The hotel located on a noisy road and near a very noisy bar that starts on midnight and closes at 0400AM.

A pleasant, quiet and clean hotel. The receptionist we encountered was nice and helpful. The breakfast is basic and sufficient. I will also recommend to others

I gave a terrible rating due to having to leave half way through my stay due to personal reasons out of my control and lost half of the overall cost of stay approx. £271 hotel weren’t prepared to refund. Wasn’t very good in terms of customer service, due to this. The view from the hotel opposite not that great. Breakfast was basic but nice. Rooms were clean. Staff were pleasant.

The room was as advertised. Very clean and comfortable. It is a shot walk to the embankment with loads of restaurants and great views. Local shops within a few shops but a drive to a proper grocery store. Balcony offered a view of the building next door. We stayed just 1 night but would stay again for cleanliness and location.

El hotel estaba mucho mejor de lo esperado, con una excelente relación calidad-precio, recientemente renovado, bien ubicado, con habitaciones amplias y con un desayuno muy completo y variado.

Young man was very friendly and greeted me. Room was as described and very comfortable and breakfast I added for £3 only and was delicious and swimming pool is quite small but nice. On overalls very good stay and report quality to price.

The location was really nice and the staff really friendly. However in our room, the water pipe wasn't filtered properly leaving a back smell constantly and these little flies. Wasn't that nice to stay there once we discovered this. For this reason we wouldn't stay there again.

Ett central, fräscht och välstädat hotell med modern touch. Allt är väldigt bra förutom frukosten som drar ner betyget lite. Jag kan varmt rekommendera detta hotell.

This hotel made my stay very comfortable. Staff were amazing..my room was aired and fresh each day. Breakfast was good with something for every taste Over all a fantastic experience.

Loved this hotel. The room was big, with two tv sets and two balconies. Great and friendly staff. I would like to come here again. Thank you.

Nice hotel close to Larnaca Beach. Great staff that helped with parking options and really nice and clean room.
