"Terrible stay, the room was not thoroughly cleaned, broken glass on the room floor, the shower broken, leaking water everywhere. The restaurant was closed the night we arrived, limited service other nights, items not available on the menu and the drinks bar where also short on stock"

"I have had the good fortune to stay here on several ocassions and it never fails to Impress! Set in a beautiful forest location, High Dalby House covers all the bases in spectacular fashion. The attention to detail in everything they do leaves you breathless. The grounds themselves are spectacular, from the Labyrinth and Chapel on one end to the Cwtch and reflective gardens on the other end, with many places to sit of recharge your batteries. This attention to detail continues inside the main house where the individual rooms are wonderfully appointed and the commons areas are warm and cozy. And to seal the deal, the food is wholesome and wonderfully presented, with every little whim of the guests catered to. This is a complete experience from beginning to end!"

"Had to change lodges when arrived due to water issue. We was placed in a like for like, that was great, just a shame about missing out on the views with the original lodge. Location fabulous, we went for an 8. 5mile walk and the hot tub was ready for when we arrived back. Would come again x"
