蘇迪別墅(Sudee Villa)

Worst place and owner I have ever met in Thailand. I lived in villa number 6 for 4 months. Place doesn't look like photos, as they probably were taken years ago - now everything is old, wrecked and nobody is trying to maintain it in a good shape. Constantly green and dirty pool and they excuse it by saying that “this is how cleaning works, wait 1-2 days”. So I ended up having a dirty pool 3 days out of 7 every week. AC in both rooms have been leaking for 3 months and by the time I moved they still were, I had to put a pan under it so it wouldn't flood the floor. And of course the owners haven’t fixed anything. Microwave had to be changed because it wasn’t working when I moved. Huge cockroaches have been inside the villa since the day I moved and what did I hear from the owners? Just buy a spray and spray them!! They haven’t even thought of calling pests control like any other normal landlords!!! So I had to do it myself! There were so many things like that and nobody cared to say sorry and fix it right away. I have bought a lot of household goods like normal towels, bedsheets, cutlery, because they didn’t have any or everything was really old and rusty. I managed to move out earlier and before the move asked for a discount for all the inconveniences and they refused without any shame! Moreover, the day I moved they asked me to pay for the overstay of 4 days (we didn’t discuss that before nor they told me that it is considered to be an overstay as I was moving earlier than the contract ends)!!! Worst and inconsiderate landlords I have ever met here. Do yourself a favor and don’t move there especially with the prices they are hiking for that awful place. It isn't worth it.
