金邊Home Market Cambodia附近住宿

酒店位置靠近機場，因為時間比較久，房間設施較老舊破損嚴重，而且很昏暗，給人感覺不舒服。很多區域都有中文，服務員也可以做簡單的中文交流，所以對於華人來説相對比較適應，前台服務員態度不好，不是很熱情，待搭不理那種。而且要現金按金，很繁瑣。酒店外部環境綠化都還不錯，露天泳池也挺大，但是池中樹葉，飛蟲，鴿子毛很多，清理並不及時。早餐種類挺多，適合華人口味，但是品質一般。整體感覺還是可以的，但是服務相比同價位的酒店來説個人感覺性價比不高。

房間應該是長時間沒人入住有一股味，打開房間菜單介紹的時候裏面跑出來一衹蟲子，順着桌子跑了也沒有拍到。環境很棒，東南亞風，前台服務人員態度很好，有會中文的。早餐味道還可以。

頂樓有健身房 洗衣房 還可以吧 房間也挺乾淨的裝修也還行 常住的話跟朋友一起也還可以 位置也方便 出去附近晚上有賣榴蓮的 當然榴蓮不能帶回酒店 自己住的話價格就稍稍高啦 WiFi挺好用的 衞生也乾淨 礦泉水也給到位了 每天下午4.30以前都有人來打掃 也能中文溝通

Natalie BAUMANIS, 賓客體驗和品牌質量經理在我入住期間非常有幫助。所有員工都非常友好和親切。它僅在兩個月前開業,所以是全新的。餐廳的食物很棒,價格也很合理,位於市中心,我們逛市中心和所有旅遊景點都很方便。 它有非常現代化的房間。空調太強大了,牀太舒服了。有這麼多插座,我可以爲手機和其他所有電動設備充電。設施質量很好。我強烈推薦諾富特bkk。 下次我絕對想來這裏參觀。 謝謝大家諾富特!

晚上11才到達酒店，入住時才發現酒店只有2層。沒有什麼服務，沒有告訴我wifi 密碼。。 第二天回到1108辦公室退房並再入住。。沒有人交班或查看我的訂房記錄，即使我昨晚入住時己經說明我住兩個晚上，有兩個不同訂單和不同房型。 入住大房間後沒有任何驚喜，墻上的房咭插是壞的。 唯一的讚賞只有距離 Aeon mall one 只有一路之隔。。。

An unfortunate experience, I found myself in the worst situation dealing with M Residence, as on the day of my check-in, the Sale Manager Vincent neglected to inform the receptionist about my booking, and instead of booking online for a fair rate, they wanted to charge me 50 USD per night, when it was only 24 USD online. Because the receptionist was new and unfamiliar with the process, she had to validate each step with her manager. It took me 45 minutes to check-in. The whole thing felt sketchy because I had to pay 130 USD with tax instead of 72 USD online with Airbnb small tax it would have cost max 86 USD if I recall. Anyway, I paid and received a very small room with hardly working air conditioning and filthy elevator. The swimming pool was breaking apart, and it appeared that the structure was inadequately maintained. There was no pool attendant, and no PH and CL analysis of the chemicals in the pool was available. The entire establishment is a shambles, and they definitely lack hospitality skills. Anyway I shared some information about my experience with the Manager who told me “The staff are so bad” I wanted to react and tell him that he should invest in training them but I could see there was no point in telling him has he clearly do not hold any sense of hospitality skills… The day before my departure I contact the “Receptionist Supervisor” and asked if I should do my check out now to collect my deposit back as I leave at 5:50 am and she informed to not to worry there is 24/7 staff at the lobby. Of course, the day of my check out there was no staff at the lobby to proceed my check-out so now they are ghosting me over 30 USD refund. In addition to all of this I intended to do a collaboration with the Sales manager upon my arrival a discount or free stay over some pictures which they gladly receive but never gave me proper feedback nor a compensation. M Residence is a disgrace to the hospitality industry in Cambodia. Their unethical practices and scams are not the way to conduct business.

優點： 1.位置優越，貼臨主幹道，距離中央市場非常近，買水果很方便。 2.餐食很好，早餐熱食較多，符合中國飲食習慣。如煮品粉面、炒飯炒麪、油條豆漿、煎蛋培根。雙面煎基本是全熟的。無糖酸奶很醇厚。時令水果新鮮。沙拉能選千島、芝麻、原味三種醬。西點有可頌、巧克力夾心可頌等。 3.中文服務，前台可以説中文。 4.屋內設施齊全，電動窗簾、冰箱、保險櫃。電梯也是刷卡樓層制。 缺點： 1.洗衣房和健身房是樓頂加建的，沒有電梯。 2.洗衣房沒有乾衣機，常住還是有不便。

房間跟圖片的基本上是一致的，確實有一些不熟悉的香水味，這邊的香水味確實太濃了，但這個酒店的風景很好，位置去皇宮等等景點都很方便。這邊基本上都是中餐廳。附近應該是有KTV的，如果早睡的人的話，酒店會比較吵。基本上説中文就OK啦。

很棒的酒店六週前才開業。優越的地理位置，可愛的裝飾，令人放鬆的屋頂游泳池，享有美景。 13 樓一家漂亮的餐廳提供美味的早餐。從我們到達的那一刻直到我們離開，Kim、Sam 和所有團隊都非常熱情、樂於助人、高效和專業。沒有什麼是太麻煩的，而且總是帶著燦爛的微笑。他們熱切地分享他們對這座城市的了解、景點和活動，並為我們的殺戮場和 S21 之旅安排了一位會說英語的嘟嘟車司機。如果您正在金邊尋找酒店，我絕對會推薦您入住這家酒店。感謝大家的服務和熱情款待。

前台24小時服務，房間乾淨寬敞，床單被套手感很好很舒服。雖然沒有熱水，但金邊每天都有三十幾度，從外面回來馬上沖涼就不會覺得水很涼。 酒店地點蠻好，旁邊就是OLD MARKET和NIGHT MARKET，到河邊和塔山寺也走路幾分鐘，王宮、博物館、中心市場也都很近。 總之，是性價比很高的酒店😆
