床旁邊的電插頭都是壞的，充電非常不方便，衹能在電視櫃旁充。設施有點老舊，雖然工作人員服務還可以。

酒店地理位置佳，房間寬闊，每天都有服務員清潔，我覺得酒店最好的地方是有自助洗衣機，這還是第一次在酒店遇到，真的是解決了住酒店無法洗衣服的煩惱

乾淨、方便、附近歺廳購物不少、就是一早訂了房間也給酒店看了訂單但酒店説沒收到不讓住、也不肯積極打電話問訂房部去解決、、我們衹能當自己再付費解決、服務不好。

不會再入住這家酒店了。位置和工作人員都很好。大堂很漂亮。走廊、電梯和房間需要很大的改進。走廊地板和電梯很臟。房間水槽堵塞，馬桶沒有正常沖水，天花板上有死蟲，地毯上到處都是污漬，浴室牆壁上有污漬，窗台上有污漬，浴缸和浴室牆壁和門上的頭髮，毛巾被撕裂.不幸的是，這家酒店的清潔度為“F”。非常失望。這是我給酒店的第一個負面評論。

Very clean

Amazing place! Would stay again. Very central location and everyone was incredibly nice and it was overall a very comfortable trip. Lots of good food and drink around!

Als gehbehinderter habe ich erfahren wie es ist, wenn der Gast gar keine Rolle spielt! Meine neunjährige Tochter und ich mussten dreimal in den sechsten Stock, da zweimal die Schlüssel nicht funktionierten. Beim dritten Mal stellten wir fest, dass jemand im Zimmer schlief. Unser Gepäck war dann auch nicht mehr auffindbar. Um dann zu erfahren, dass aktuell kein weiteres Zimmer frei ist. Und dafür habe ich vorab bezahlt und mich darauf verlassen, dass wir eine fixe Unterkunft haben. Leider mussten wir uns dann ein anderes Hotel suchen!

The towels were as rough as hair brushes. We each had one bath, towel, and one washcloth but no finger towels. The toilet was extremely loud. The decor was average. There were no USB portals in the room and the refrigerator was almost unable to open because it kept getting stuck on the carpet. There were no coffee stirrers, and there was only enough cream and sugar for one person. There was, however, Starbucks, coffee, and a coffee maker.
