環境一流，依山傍水，交通很方便，酒店對面就是火車站，去往因特拉肯和琉森兩個方向每小時都有列車，酒店房間稍小，不過床睡起來很舒服，設施比較簡單，不過很衞生，服務：很熱情，酒店的餐廳值得嘗試

很乾凈，就連公共浴室都很乾凈，而且酒店員工熱情大方，幫忙推行李箱，甚至還在床上貼心放了瑞士糖！廣東人的童年回憶！位置方便，附近一百米就有火車站，交通日票用户感覺很幸福，下午入住了還坐火車出去逛了一圈！酒店前就有湖景，走路就能參觀小鎮，強烈推薦哈~

房間小，設施一般，但勝在周邊景色一流

We found this hotel online, and what a gem! We were greeted at check-in with friendly hosts, and an amazing view of a gorgeous lake and valley as we parked the car. The check-in was quick and easy, and as we went up to the charming room, we found everything in place, and little unexpected touches. We checked in on a Sunday evening and the restaurant downstairs was steady. We found the view and hotel so inviting that we went down for an evening drink to sit and enjoy the fresh air and the view. Upon retiring to bed, the bedding was comfortable and we slept soundly. We decided to enjoy breakfast in the hotel the next morning. The reasonably priced buffet featured a wonderful spread of breads, cheeses, meats, yogurts, and delicious cappuccino. The only bad part for us was that we were only able to stay one night as part of our travels. This place is lovely and we would love to stay here again!

What a beautiful hotel in an idyllic location! Fantastic views, friendly staff, comfortable rooms and a delicious restaurant. All dog friendly (our pup was spoilt rotten with treats from the staff, water each time we dined, a bed and water bowl in the room) Only 1 small complaint, we asked for our room to be made up and only the beds were made. Water / coffee wasn't replenished, bin wasn't emptied and dirty cups left on the side. Also we had a family room (2 rooms in 1) but only 1 fan, could of done with 1 in each room. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Anlässlich eines Tagesausfluges kamen wir an diesem Restaurant vorbei. Wir fuhren nicht nur vorbei, kehrten um und ein. Es hat sich gelohnt. Auf der Terrasse bekamen wir ein sonniges Plätzchen mit Blick auf den Lungernsee und Berge. Die Dame entschied sich für garnierte Forellenknusperli mit Kaisersosse und Pommes Frites. Der Schreibende für ein halbes Poulet, mit selbst kreierter Currysauce, gebratenem Federkohl und Bio-Salat. Begleitet durch Wein und dem veganischen Getränk Bier. Das Essen schmackhaft zubereitet. Beide schafften die grossen Portionen nicht. Gebratener Federkohl und Kaisersosse wussten besonders zu gefallen. Erwähnt werden soll auch die freundliche Bedienung durch eine Dame - und die Verabschiedung durch einen Herrn. Fazit: Ein gastlicher Ort mit Wiederkommeneffekt.

My wife and I stayed here for one night on our way to Lauterbrunnen. The staff were so nice and welcoming. The hotel had a great view of the lake with a cozy interior and delicious food. You could hear the cow bells from our room and see fish jump in the lake. In summer with the windows open, you may have to deal with road and train noise. We’d definitely stay here again!

No reception or help available for the guests. Employees of the restaurants will help if they feel like. No elevators or help available to carry your luggage. Bad customer service, very noisy at night since it’s right next to a Busy street and a train track. Rooms are clean with good lake views, shower door was broken. Food was expensive. Taste and Service can be improved.

Hat in jeder Hinsicht gepasst ! Nach einer langen Wanderung entschlossen wir uns unsere Tagesetappe hier in Kaiserstuhl enden zu lassen und vor Ort zu übernachten. Das Hotel Kaiserstuhl war unsere Wahl und das dort Gebotene vermochte uns in jeder Hinsicht zu überzeugen. Die Aussenansicht des Hauses lässt ja nicht gleich vermuten, dass die Innenräume des Restaurants und auch des Hotelbereichs so anheimelnd und gemütlich daherkommen. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an richtig wohl. Unser Zimmer war schlicht aber sehr funktional eingerichtet. Die Betten sind überaus bequem und bescherten uns einen erholsamen Schlaf. Der Sanitärbereich ist eher klein aber zweckdienlich eingerichtet. Das im Übernachtungspreis angebotene Frühstück war sehr lecker und sichtlich von guter Qualität der Produkte. Ganz feiner und richtig starker Kaffe, bzw. Cappuccino, regionale Käseauswahl, Milchprodukte ebenfalls regional. Die Frau vom Frühstücksservice war sehr nett - das macht den Start in einen neuen Tag doch gleich noch etwas schöner ! Am Abend haben wir zudem im Restaurant noch das Nachtessen eingenommen. Das Ambiente des Restaurants hat uns überaus gefallen. Die Einrichtung und die vielen Dekoobjekte sind sehr passend ausgewählt. Das Essen hat uns überaus gemundet und auch die Portionengrösse ist gut bemessen. Wir hatten eine Tagessuppe - die war fein abgeschmeckt -. Als Hauptgang gab es einmal Güggeli mit Pommes und einmal das Cordon Bleu mit Gemüsebeilage und Pommes Frites. Beide Gerichte sehr fein. Die Gemüsebeilage beim Cordon Bleu speziell gut. Das Cordon Bleu mit reichlich Käse gefüllt. Der Service überaus freundlich und angenehm. Man fühlt sich wirklich als Gast ! Das Hotel Kaiserstuhl ist ein Betrieb der Sinnvoll Gastro, welcher in der Zentralschweiz mehrere Betriebe führt und die hiesige Gastroszene aus unserer Sicht wirklich bereichert. Innovative Ideen auf eine clevere Art umgesetzt - auch hier im Hotel Kasierstuhl. PS Kaiserstuhl ist ja ein Fischer-"Paradies" und hier im Hotel logierende Fischer können ihren Fang im Hotel vakumieren oder sogar gleich von der Küchencrew zu einem Mahl zubereiten lassen. Haben wir als Anschlag gelesen !

Es war ein toller Silvester mit feinem Essen bester Laune und fetziger Musik aus den 80 igern. Da konnte kaum einer ruhig sitzen bleiben. Das Personal äusserst zuvorkommend und freundlich machte das Ganze erst möglich. Das schöne Zimmer und der hervorragende Brunch machten das Erlebnis perfekt.

Avevo prenotato la camera più costosa solo per avere la vasca da bagno e la vista ma alla fine c'era solo la doccia. Hanno cercato un altra camera ma era senza vista. Ci hanno detto che le foto erano solo indicative, bella fregatura. Potevo spendere molto meno e avere comunque la doccia e la vista. Per buona parte della notte abbiamo sentito lo sciacquone che era rotto...purtroppo non c'era un tecnico per sistemarlo. Non bastava chiudere la porta! Camera senza aria condizionata, non oso immaginare con il caldo e il rumore della strada (accanto all'hotel) in estate (presenti dei tappi per le orecchie). Camera molto pulita. Durante tutta la cena ci sono stati problemi per ogni comanda. La mezza pensione aveva solo un menù. Io ho quindi preso il menù con la carne e mio marito ha chiesto un alternativa con pesce (ci siamo proposti di pagare la differenza). Purtroppo ci hanno portano due menù di pesce. Non l'ho cambiato perché non butto via il cibo. Dal menu sembrava ci fosse anche l'insalata (se ci porti una lavagna con il menu non ti aspetti che devi scegliere, non era scritto e non ci è stato chiesto)...peccato che era solo la zuppa. Le due birre ci sono state consegnate con molto ritardo e il pane era troppo poco. La qualità della cena era però assolutamente eccellente!! A colazione abbiamo chiesto due cioccolate fredde e ci sono state portate due cioccolate calde (e parliamo abbastanza bene tedesco). Servizio molto gentile e simpatico ma poco professionale....ogni comanda era sbagliata, veramente un peccato. Posteggio esterno gratuito. Con quello che abbiamo speso siamo andati a casa piuttosto delusi, peccato perché ci aspettavamo un gesto per tutti i disguidi avuti. La qualità proposta era eccellente e un errore, capita...ma tutti quelli errori, a quel prezzo, non va bene!

We stopped here for 2 nights on our way to Italy. After a long drive from Paris we decided to have dinner at the hotel and thought the food was fantastic!! We went to Interlaken the next day and still went back to have another meal at hotel kaiserstuhl because we were so impressed. The decor is lovely, the rooms are cosy, food is excellent and the staff were so welcoming and friendly. But the best part is the lake...I have never been so happy, anywhere! Truly stunning and would definitely come back. Highly recommend!

Excellent! Everything perfect with the best biew of my life The room is really good, clean, comfortable, with one great espresso machine and other amenities. The staff is friendly and treat you like a vip
