開門一瞬間 卡一放 燈不亮 還以為啥問題來着 原來是不懂哪個b歪把大閘給關了 我敲 還沒發現大閘關了之前想着打電話看前台有沒有人 打了兩次沒人接 然後去前台也沒人 這地方前台不是24小時的 然後床單還有些洗不掉的不明液體 比我手掌還要大 重點是 是有倆不止是一個 我真服了

Location is good but the room is too small and the bed like too damaged

位置很好，到處都能吃到東西。但！預訂系統中存在誤導性。我選擇的是有窗城景房型，但由於是自助入住，只能撥打一個號碼，卻被告知所有房間都沒有窗。  透過自助服務終端辦理入住，我需要每天重新辦理入住，才能拿到房卡。但需要打電話給他們，然後他們會遠端存取自助服務終端，輸入所有使用者名稱和密碼，這是非常不安全的，因為每個人都可以看到它。我的房間是208，他們在自助終端錯誤地給了我308的房卡，然後當我再次打電話時，他們只是簡單地給了我我的房卡......他們沒有檢查我實際上住的是哪個房間？這是多麼沒有安全感啊！ 當我今天去結帳時，想在售貨亭索回我的押金。系統顯示我的押金已領取。我又撥了這個號碼，她說我早上7點就已經領取了。當時我還在睡覺，我怎麼認領的？然後我要求有閉路電視記錄，然後她就透過售貨亭將押金退還給我，天哪……發生了什麼事？ 這是一個非常危險的酒店。我感到非常沒有安全感和不安全感。不會再入住。

我房間裡的熱水器不夠熱。忙碌了一天後洗個冷水澡真是讓人很失望。 我房間的床架壞了，發出很大噪音。很難睡個好覺。

Overall, the stay was great. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The room was a bit small, but it was clean and well-maintained. It was still comfortable and definitely worth it for the price, no real complaints.

地理位置優越，靠近便利商店、餐廳、甚至藥局。房間真的很小。走廊的地毯也大多沾滿了污漬。對於這個價格，我期望房間條件能更優質一些。自助服務亭還可以，但不是最好的。當我退房時，現金已經用完了，我不得不去前台幾次。我認為應該可以兩種方式辦理入住/退房，透過自助服務終端或在接待處。不過，前台人員很樂於助人。整體還不錯，但是考慮到房間條件，我覺得價格有點高。  

Hotel is within 5 minutes walk from Surian MRT station and Tropicale Garden Mall, and is opposite Sunway Giza Mall. There are also numerous eateries in the vicinity (there's a Koi Tea store in the same block, just a few stores away). My room is small and windowless but it's clean and comfortable, and the price is very competitive. WiFi is also stable (I managed to watch YouTube videos at 720p or 1080p with no issues.) There's a water dispenser at the reception so there's no need to buy bottled water if you have your own bottle. Please take note that the reception is manned only from 9am to 5pm.

我已經在這裡住過好幾次了，每次我從州外來KD，我都會選擇這家酒店。房間空間剛好，整體感覺很舒服。

Location not bad. Just need self check in is very not convenient. But hotel staff are nice and willing to help.

I book is with window rate. When check in time no windows

I booked the room with a window but they gave me the room without a window and cannot help me to change the room. The air-conditioning made a noise loudly all night. we cannot sleep all night on the first night. The second morning we ask for another room. Then the new room is ok and with a window.

酒店非常好。位置好。會再回來入住。酒店有你想要的一切。但唯一的問題是房間很小。而且隔音也不好。你可以在房間旁邊聽。被抓了還說話。
